Positive: It was very good experience. First time for us holidays in this way, we’re always staying in the hotels but this time we wish to take dog with us and have more space and garden. House is comfortable and well equipped. Clean and tidy, easy to keep in good condition. Air conditioning in each room. Two comfortable bathrooms.

Negative: Location is not super good. If you’re planning to go without car it’s challenging. We had car so it was not problematic. The closest beach was with stones but a bit more far was better.

Positive: Exceptionally professional, helpful host- very quick response to every little query. We stayed a while and everything either met or exceeded our expectations. Exactly as seen in pictures and more: Very large - fairly private- outdoor space; ample, secure, private parking; barbecue area; outdoor shower with hot water; walking distance from a beach; short drive from Poetto beach and other ( even better) spots. Plenty of wardrobe space - enough for 6 adults. Everything in the house is comfortable, practical, easy to keep and functional. Set in a rural area yet not isolated.

Negative: To keep in mind are the barking dogs in the neighbourhood and glasses and crockery are mix and match if you are 6 adults.

Summary: A fantastic 3 bedrooms house with a great host: a perfect holiday home!
