Positive: A lovely villa on the outskirts of Rome. It has Italian charm and an art collection, as well as lots of space inside and out. We all loved the unique ambience. Practically speaking, it's great that there are so many bathrooms — each room has its own. The villa is located in a quiet green area just 20 minutes from Rome by bus, and there is a nice restaurant nearby. The kitchen is well equipped with lots of different machines for making coffee in the morning.
Negative: The pool was closed during our stay, which was not made clear in the description. People started cleaning it while we were there. There was also an old, dilapidated hot tub on the first-floor terrace that should have been removed before we arrived. The bathroom on the top floor is beneath a sloping ceiling and the shower stall has only a plastic curtain. so it's difficult to avoid flooding the room while showering.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay, Emmanuel our host and his wife were so helpful in all our requests! Kitchen had everything we needed for our cooking needs. The home is beautiful and spacious, we had free parking in front of the house which was a plus because we were driving a big van. Location was great, close to where we needed to go to. Close to food market. The home also features a beautiful backyard where you can enjoy fresh air, sunlight and the landscape. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Rome with family!
