Positive: Wow! This place is spectacular. We didn't want to leave. The views are stunning. You can swim across the road in pristine waters.The house is modern, very spacious with large indoor and outdoor living areas, the 3 bedrooms are large with spacious ensuites. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked. Korçula is an island with lots of natural beauty. We explored it on foot. It is within walking distance of the Old Town, just a few kilometres, or a 15 euro taxi ride. The host lives downstairs and is generous and gracious. It is extremely peaceful after a hectic trip around France and Italy. Definitely recommend this accommodation.

Negative: There was nothing we didn't like.

Positive: Absolutely everything. The property is absolutely stunning, from the location being right on the water with an amazing view just feet away from the water, to the attention to detail of every room. The kitchen has everything you need, new, clean, spacious. Big rooms, living room and the BEST balcony/ patio where we spent most of our time. The whole living area is covered in windows so You get a panoramic sea view and beautiful light throughout the day! Another great thing about this place is you have three bedrooms with 3 and half baths!!!! Fridge was fully stocked, great espresso machine to use every day. My favorite part is that it has the cutest little personal dock and little beach just feet away from the front of the house. I either laid out on the dock or beach every day and started my mornings with a little swim! Lastly but certainly not least is the host. He absolutely exceeded all expectations with making this a great stay. Went the extra mile but showing us around and upon arrival and saw us out on departure day. Showed us how to work the fancy espresso machine. Didn’t even mention this but we were surprised after he left when we opened the fridge and he stocked it with some essentials- including meats, cheeses, yogurts, fresh fruit and wine. Feel like rentals have become so impersonal recently with the digital check ins with codes and no connection- he brought back the connection and homeyness, making it a home away from home.

Negative: Nothing!

Summary: It was absolutely perfect. The photos don’t do this house justice. The host made our stay - so welcoming in every way!

Positive: Villa Marija is the perfect spot for family and to relax and disconnect , amazing views, direct access to the sea, apartment is spacious and has everything you need , Jure,our host, is the nicest person , helpful , had the fridge full for us and the kids before we arrived , Will definitely recommend and come back !

Positive: We really liked this place. Owner Jure was perfect host - invisible most of the time, but when we needed any help he was there. I especially want to praise amazing welcome and fully stocked fridge with food, drinks and fruits 😃 We enjoyed fully equipped kitchen, fact that each bedroom had a bathroom, with extra towels and shower amenities. We spent a lot of time on high quality seating furniture on perfect, large balcony.

Positive: Kind owner's welcome with full fridge with esentials things including a bottle of perfect local wine. Appartment is fully equiped and we did not miss anything while we were cooking every day. Location is great and city is quite close only15 min walk. Beach La banya is a minute away and it's awsome wirh restaurant and beach bar. Sunbeds and sunscreens too. We surely recomend it
