Positive: The house, facilities and environment are excellent - very spacious. Super pool ( though needed more regular chlorination).

Negative: Directions to the property would be improved by giving Quinta de Obidos Country club as the address - the Rua do Vau address is unknown locally. The app to open the external gates only operates currently on IOS but not Android version 12- which limits movement in and out of the property if several cars in the group - was advised V12 update is being developed but not available for our stay.

Summary: Amazing villa but you need a car and be aware local amenities are 20 mins away.
