The property consists of a 9-hole golf course and a community pool; its location allows for stunning ocean views and sweet hillside breeze with lush island scenery. Villa Maya allows you to unplug, relax, and escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The home, which was recently updated, provides a fresh, light, overall feel and can accommodate up to four guests. The condo offers a lot of privacy with its split-level design; there are three levels: an en-suite bedroom/bathroom combo on each floor (master bedroom on the 3rd floor and guest bedroom on the 1st floor), an open plan kitchen and living room on the 2nd floor with ocean views from each room. Both bedrooms are tastefully decorated so you will feel right at home, no matter which room you choose! A washer and dryer combo is available in the unit and the property has A/C (only in the bedrooms) with ceiling fans throughout. Visiting for the island breeze? Not a problem, just open the windows or doors and enjoy the refreshing winds!
With the fully equipped kitchen you are more than prepared to create family meals for your loved ones; however if you don't feel like cooking, be sure to visit the two restaurants located immediately across the street – where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner – and several others within a few miles of the Condo; or take a 10-minute drive east and try your luck at the Divi Carina Bay Casino.

Summary: Villa Maya was perfect! We enjoyed our “home away from home” on St Croix. The location, the space, the Views, this place had it all. The home was well stocked, allowed our kids to have their own space, and we enjoyed the outdoor space to relax. The location on the island was ideal. It allowed us to explore each area of the island, close to Duggan’s Reef restaurant ( a favorite), a that view of the blue water and Buck Island, perfection. Thank you to our hosts who made this vacation so easy! We are planning our next visit and cannot wait to call Villa Maya home again soon.

Summary: We have a 6 year old and 10 month old and had absolutely the best time staying at this location. They were super nice and made sure we had supplies for the baby before we got there. The location is absolutely perfect - you are quick drive to several gorgeous beaches as well as a quick drive to Christiansted. The house has all the amenities we needed including a nice grill that we used to make several meals on. The kitchen is spacious and the view from every room is just perfect. We will definitely be coming back.

Summary: Great location on the east side of the island. Under 10 mins to Point Udall to catch the sunrise or sunset. It was wonderful to have a few restaurants in close proximity…Duggan’s for dinner just across the street! Ziggy’s market and Castaways just a few minutes down the road. Make sure to check out Ziggy’s on Facebook for hours and nightly menu. The pizza at Castaways was yummy! Beautiful beaches all over the island and all are public. We were apprx 15 min drive to Christiansted. 45 mins to Fredericksted. 35-40 mins to the airport. The development was well maintained with easy parking and gated with a security officer. The unit was challenging to identify at night, because the unit # was not marked clearly. However, the PM was quick to answer at almost 11pm to assist us. Communication was great by email too. The unit itself was spacious, beds were very comfortable and was very clean. Great ocean views from the living/dining/kitchen area and the front patio of Teague’s Bay! We enjoyed our stay in St. Croix!

Summary: The Villa is wonderful! It is in a perfect location to view the reef and the breeze is fantastic. Hint! At the reef the house numbers are difficult to see and the stairs steep. You will be able to see unit # 432. #431 is to the right up on the hill Vía stairs.

Summary: We just returned from 10 days in this wonderful condo on this amazing island. Everything was perfect. Host was communicative, responsive and clear. Condo was exactly as pictured, and even better. Well stocked with everything we needed. We used the pool every day, which was convenient and also had a great view. Met lovely people, most of whom were property owners, and all very welcoming and friendly. Location on East End was perfect for us. We could easily get to everywhere we wanted to go within a short drive, including all the way to Frederiksted on the West End. Loved waking every morning to coffee on the patio with a view to die for. Sunrise at Pt. Udell is a very short trip to make and well worth it. This was our 3rd visit to STX, but first time not at a more traditional "resort". We loved this even more (and it costs less!). Lots of exploring... we went to at least 6 different beaches, convenience of doing some of our own cooking, in unit laundry, beautiful pool. Overall a clean, comfortable, well-appointed place to stay. We'll be back, and Villa Maya, and the Reefs, are high on our list.

Summary: Just the right Location for a relaxing spring break. 1/2 mile walk down to the beach or take your care about 5 miles east to the great beach and eastern most point in the US. The house was clean, the linens were fresh. All issues were addressed with due diligence. We will be back in the future with this host. Thank you.

Summary: The property is located on the east end of the island. Check in was very easy and quick. Villa Maya has recently been updated and was spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything you could need. We were greeted with fresh baked treats and some of the islands famous rum. Our vrbo agent checked in with us several times during the week to see if we needed anything. The views from the villa were spectacular and the property has a large pool and a beach within walking distance. There is a breakfast/lunch TLC restaurant next to the golf shop and the famous Duggin’s reef across the street. All in all we had a fantastic trip!
