Villa Mayer is in Abruzzo, in central Italy, three hours from the airport of Rome and 50km from the airport and the port of Pescara, overlooking the beach of the trabocchi coast, between San Vito Marina and Fossacesia, 2 km from marina of Fossacesia marina, 50km from the port of Termoli for embarkation to Tremiti islands and Croatia 20km from the beach from the marine reserve of Punta Aderci, 40km from the Maiella national park with ski slopes.
It has a private park of about one hectare, partly destined to lawn garden and numerous Mediterranean plants around the house, and partly cultivated with olive grove, fruit and forest plants; these green areas ensure privacy and tranquility on the avenue leading to the abbey of San Giovanni in Venere, a magical hill, full of history, with the abbey of the twelfth century a few meters from the entrance of the villa
The bedrooms located on the ground floor and first floor accommodate from 10 to 17 people, they are all five facing the sea side so they enjoy the beautiful view of the coast of the overflows and give on the 6x12 pool arranged on the long side of the house, all the villa is paved in Tuscan terracotta, also in the area of the 2 porticoes (front front entrance and rear to protect the kitchen entrance), in the pool edge and in the perimeter of the house.
