Positive: Excellent location and view. Outside space was fantastic particularly the pool
Negative: WiFi was broken and did not work for 6 days out of the 7 that we stayed. Company tried to fob me off by saying it was a worldwide problem when in reality the box in the villa needed replacing. IT guy eventually came to replace it was very rude and not willing to hang around to see if it worked. No WiFi meant we were unable to get any Netflix, Some of the inside decor and facilities could do with improving.
Summary: Beautiful location and pool, but stay spoilt by lack of WiFi and hosts inability to fix quickly

Positive: A beautiful house with character. Excellent setting. Amazing views. The sound of the birds all day. Peaceful
Negative: It wasn’t possible to walk to any restaurants. It is 3km from the nearest restaurant in Ipsos, down hill so uphill coming back along narrow twisty roads with people driving too fast

Positive: Stunning converted old windmill. Beautifully presented. Very spacious and comfortable. Amazing views from the villa, day bed at the top of the old windmill tower and pool.Fantastic large swimming pool. We just loved the beauty, nature and calm relaxing atmosphere of the villa. The owner also was super helpful and welcoming providing lots of useful information. It had everything we needed.

Positive: We really enjoyed staying in this villa. Even before arriving Annalis was super responsive and even offered to help us with taxi pick up and check in the night before as we arriving really late. In the end we decided to stay overnight in Corfu and drove to villa on the date as arranged. Annalis met us at the house and showed us around. Such a quirky house full of character but it was very clean and had been sprayed to repel bugs. She had brought us some nice snacks so we could unpack and relax before doing grocery run. The bathrooms had toiletries and even toothbrush and shaver on case you forgot them, all in sustainable packaging. The pool and views are absolutely gorgeous and it is very calm and peaceful only 10 minute drive from beach, shops and restaurants in Ypsos. We loved the sunny and shaded seating areas around the pool and during the middle of the day spent the time indoors as the house was lovely and cool. During our 10 day stay, pool was cleaned and a lady came to clean the house and change all the linen and towels.
Negative: The only thing I would say about the shower downstairs. They were okay but I think the shower head needed to be replaced as the pressure was uneven and as we were checking out the shower screen came off the track a bit. But I think these are easily repairable and were probably fixed after we left, so should be no issue for future guests.
Summary: Fantastic villa in a great location, managed by really helpful and friendly people.
