Villa Moana Maui (vmmaui) is a $4.7 million luxury home tucked away on a quiet street, right on the beach, but is just blocks from downtown Kihei, allowing you to walk in moments to great restaurants, coffee shops, the gym or yoga studio, a craft cocktail bar or hip local shopping boutiques.
Enjoy staying on a quiet road, somewhat hidden from the easily accessible Kihei town and serenely situated directly on the beach. Fall asleep to the sound of crashing waves, wake up to a symphony of birds, open the expansive sliding glass walls to bring the outside in, enjoy a glass of wine on the large lanai while watching humpback whales splash and play in the ocean.
Entertain friends or host your entire family. Have private spaces as well as large open spaces to gather together. Every amenity is supplied and included complimentary. You will never pay for parking, high-speed internet, movies, laundry, or beach equipment.
This large luxury villa has with 8 bedrooms with 9 beds, a queen sleeper sofa and 6.5 bathrooms. The entire villa will sleep a total of 16 adults in beds; plus we can add a roll-a-way bed (for that teen that refuses to sleep with their sibling any longer) and one or two cribs/playpens if needed. With children as part of the group, we can fit up to 18 guests total. For larger groups we can partner with a nearby licensed luxury rentals to add more bedrooms just steps away.
Blazing fast dedicated internet at 300mbps is all yours; there’s no hotel full of guests to slow down your connection. Wi-Fi is offered throughout the property via a multi-point mesh network.
We’ve made heavenly beds to match our heavenly location. Crisp percale linens cover new luxury firm mattresses with a large assortment of pillows to suite your preference; (down/feather/memory foam/gel/hypo-allergenic). All our linens are ironed, so every sheet and pillowcase is crisp and smooth. It makes for an amazing bed. Each bed has a cotton waffle-weave light blanket topped with a separate mid-weight quilt. Each bedroom has control over its own whisper-quiet air-conditioning.
Our fabulous kitchen has been personally equipped by the owner; a gourmet chef who loves to entertain. High-end German knives and flatware match the professional series cook-top, appliances and all-clad cookware. There is service for 40 in stock.
All the tools to create a craft cocktail are at your fingertips and all the tools to create and serve a multi-course dinner are at the ready. Private chef services are easily available.
Our full-time concierge can assist you will aspects of vacation planning and activities.
Three large capacity clothes washers and dryers are in the Villa and we supply eco-friendly unscented detergent.
Our cleaning staff never uses harsh chemicals and all laundry is done with unscented detergents.
There are three areas:
The Top Floor/Main House sleeps 8 - It’s a 4-bedroom 3.5 bath with 1,900 sq. ft. on top floor - King/King/Queen/Twin beds
The first floor area sleeps 6-8 – It’s a 3 bedroom, 2 bath on the beach level – King/Queen/Queen plus a luxury firm queen sleeper sofa.
The Studio sleeps 2 – It’s a large studio apartment with a king bed, full bath, soaking tub, shower, a reading nook, kitchenette and dining area.
The Villa is oriented towards the back yard, with ocean views that open up to tropical ocean breezes and a short path directly to the beach.
We only rent to one group at a time and may offer custom rates based on your usage. Please inquire.
There are a few other vacation rentals within steps of our location. We can assist you in coordinating with them to meet the needs of larger groups.

Summary: We range in age from 1to 75. We watched the turtles come onto the beach every night. Beach chairs, boogie board & cooler were provided & kept each of us happy on beach. A short walk back to rental in case we forgot anything. Concierge made arrangements for car & paddleboard rentals. Cute shops & food trucks were a short drive away. Excellent location.

Summary: It's difficult to coordinate schedules for a big group, so the hope for a fabulous trip is pronounced. Villa Moana didn't disappoint! We had a wonderful and treasured experience. Five-star hospitality does not simply reflect the quality of the venue, but it is attributed to service and the small details. Wyatt was very attentive and interested in us. He communicated effectively and made sure things worked smoothly. He accommodated our preferences and needs and really made us feel welcome and cared for. Well done! The home is beautiful and very well appointed. It was very clean and in good shape. The kitchens and bathrooms were well stocked with utensils and paper goods. The washer/dryers were life savers. The beach accoutrements made things enjoyable and simple. The back lawn made gathering and play time easy for all ages. Our entire group could go on and on. Summary: We had a group of 16 of us ranging from 4-70. This house and property was the perfect location for family dinners, short walks to the beach and the view was absolutely breath taking. The turtles came in every evening and that was amazing to watch. There was the best shaved ice and restaurants just a 5 min walk. We will absolutely stay there when we go back again. Highly recommend this home!

Summary: This was the most top-notch host I have ever met in my life. After my husband died on April 20 of 2024 one of his request was to be spread in Maui overlooking a beach where we often would go to look for seashells and sea glass. The first few months of his crossing, I could not sleep so I just kept looking for the right house and when I came across the advertisement for this one, I called my grandson who is 23 years old over to my chair and I asked him just think about a home that your grandfather would love. He took one look at this and he said that’s the house! The homeowner understood the delicate situation that we were in and offered to go far over and beyond to help me celebrate my husband, and it made the perfect everything. The Concierge connected me to people who would pick us up at the airport to save us problems from the shuttle and rental cars, and then the people connected to her Also became like family just like this homeowner did. I cannot tell you enough how much they all showed respect and the true Ohana way. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this home. If anything I could say if it was on the market, I would seriously consider buying it. I highly recommend Wyatt and his team to anyone wanting a top-notch experience. Thank you to all! Mahalo! Summary: We stayed at Villa Moana with a group for a birthday celebration and the beautiful home was perfect for us. The home is clean and well appointed - felt like it had all the amenities of a luxury hotel - and a short walk to the beach where we were greeted by sea turtles every evening. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces (balcony and yard) and the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen are all modern and clean. The best part is waking up every morning with a view of the ocean. Wyatt is also very communicative and an excellent host and even provided a free concierge service (which we used and was fantastic!). We would recommend this place to anyone in a heartbeat and hope to stay again!

Summary: This home was amazing! FULLY stocked with towels, and then more towels! Beach towels? Beach Toys? Games (board games)? Pots, pans, dishes? ALL COVERED. When we had a minor issue (needed a few more blankets) or if a specific item was not available (they purchased us a waffle maker!), Wyatt and Scott were responsive and fully engaged. We utilized the complimentary concierge services. The grocery orders we placed were purchased in advance and stocked for us. We also requested a private chef and had a meal prepared for one night of our stay. This is, by far, the most friendly, communicative, and supportive rental on vrbo. Wyatt and Scott bring the true spirit of aloha! home :)

Summary: We had a family reunion with 17 of us, including babies, surprising my husband for his 70th birthday. We sort of accidentally found this house in Kihei, and it made all the difference in our trip. The large grassy back yard, the sea turtles at sunset, the nearby coffee shops, the well-supplied kitchen, and the lovely authentic town of Kihei all made this our best trip ever. It is convenient to harbours, a pineapple farm, the Te Au Moana luau, and the road to Hana as well as other hikes. We used and needed all 3 spaces in the home, and it had everything we needed. There was room for parking all 4 rental cars. Thank you, Mr. Sharpley!

Summary: Villa Moana is a beautiful setting with some of the greatest views you will see in a vacation rental. We host our family somewhere in the US every year.
