The beautiful villa "Moli dels Reis" is located on a spacious plot on the outskirts of Palma de Mallorca and offers you everything you need for a fantastic holiday close to the capital and the sea. The 320 m² villa, spread over 2 floors, consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 11 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, washing machine, dryer and TV. A cot and high chair are available on request.
On the first floor, you will find a large balcony with sun loungers and beautiful views of the landscape and mountains, as well as a pool for cooling off. The spacious private outdoor area on the ground floor offers gardens with palm trees, covered and uncovered terraces, a pleasant dining area and a barbecue—ideal for breakfast or enjoying evenings with a glass of wine while watching the sunset.
The property also features a tennis court. Several supermarkets, shops and restaurants are just 2-5 minutes away by car. From a bus stop 600 m from the property, you can reach the centre of Palma in about 20 minutes. Cala Major beach is a 10-minute drive away (9 km), and within 15-20 minutes by car you will find numerous picturesque beaches and coves. The international airport is a 15-minute drive away (15 km).

Summary: Pros: The pool, though not heated was a fine temperature, great views of the mountains from the pool terrace. The rooms are massive, the beds are really big! There are 2 massive tv's that we didn't use. William was really great and checked us in at 1.30am and gave us very late check out! The grounds are the stand out of this place, table tennis, tennis, all equipment, trampoline, lots of place to sit, BBQs, a massive table under cover with lights, a speaker for tunes. You can walk merely 10mins down a pretty path to supermarket and a proper local bar. Bus stop nearby for 20min ride in to Palma. Awesome, we will be back.
