Positive: Beautiful villa in a lovely part of Le Mans. Private parking and a lovely host. Ivan was wonderful and made us feel at home. He made us a lovely omelette for breakfast and the dining area with a view of the gardens and pool was splendid. We will definitely stay again.

Negative: Nothing really although I would have liked more privacy regarding the toilet. However there was one on the landing that we could and did use.

Summary: Perfect stop over on the way to Spain. Great villa and perfect host.
