The house itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything to make our stay comfortable and easy. The location is fantastic — peaceful and convenient, with easy access to Tokyo while still offering a quiet, local atmosphere. The traditional tatami room was especially traditional; it added such an authentic and calming touch to the experience. Everything ran smoothly from check-in to check-out, and we truly felt at home. We would absolutely love to stay here again and highly recommend Villa Myoden to anyone looking for a cozy, well-equipped, and welcoming place to stay near Tokyo. Positive: The owner's hospitality was a top notch. The villa itself was clean, comfortable, and it has all the equipments that we need. It's surrounded with many restaurants, supermarket, and coffee shops. The subway station is only about 0,6 KM from the location. We really had a pleasant stay at Myoden Villa.

Positive: The property was lovely with traditional features but all modern facilities. The drying room feature in the bathroom is especially useful for quickly drying laundry and towels. The property has its own outdoor area which made it feel very spacious. The host was very accomodating and even provided a bicycle for use. It was overall a calm and relaxing space for my family with lovely sights in walking distance.

Positive: The host was nicest I've ever encountered! Really helpful, nice to speak to, and made several recommendation for us! :) The guesthouse was very spacious, really well-equipped with a pretty good location like quiet neighbourhood, close approximity of the subway station. Lot of 24/7 shops. Oh and also the house was quite recently renovated, so it is really nice with a lot of modern functions like several AC options in the living rooms and in the bathroom aswell!

Negative: I can't really say a bad thing about this guesthouse!
