Villa Nafplion is a comfortable villa for 8 people, with Private pool/garden/bbq/ stone oven/yard/parking area, having 2 bedrooms and 1 loft/bedroom, 1 bathroom and 1 wc, A/C in all rooms, wifi, situated in a beautiful quiet area surrounded by stunning views.
Villa Nafplion (125 m2) is newly built on three levels, on landscaped grounds of 900 m2, just a few minutes away (7 km) from the historic town of Nafplion and also even closer (4 km) from the sandy beach of resort of Tolon, ideal for children of all ages!
Villa Nafplion, can accommodate comfortably, 8 people, as includes 2 bedrooms and a loft ( 1 double bed, 2 single beds, 1 king size bed, 1 single bed and 1 sofa). Also Linen, Bath & Pool towels are included twice a week.
At the downstairs level (garden and pool), there is a private pool, outdoor shower, a ping pong table, a big garden with pergola and garden furniture, 4 sun loungers, and just opposite there is a patio, a big table with 8 big chairs next to bbq and the traditional stone oven, and oranges/lemon groves, overlooking an extensive view of the green mountain and the ancient “rock” of Asini.
At the second level (yard), there is the ground floor, where the main entrance of the villa is, a big yard and a private parking for 2 cars at least.
Inside the villa and downstairs level/ garden- pool, there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (in which we may put a baby's cot) and also another bedroom with two single beds, with patio doors in each room, overlooking the garden. Also at this level there is the big bathroom, with a bathtub and the washing machine. On the same level, outside the rooms there is a kitchenette with a refrigerator.
On the second level (where the yard is) there is an open plan living/dining room, plus a cozy fireplace with a large couch for 8 persons, and also a dining table with 8 chairs and a big tv, a dvd and a cd player.There is also a fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher machine, microwave etc. At this level there is the wc.
On the third level there is the loft, where can sleep 4 people, in a king size bed, a single bed and a sofa bed, with a window overlooking the yard and the green mountain.
All the rooms of the Villa are air-conditioned and tastefully furnished.

Summary: It was heaven on earth. Very nice house with truly everything you can wish for. Even in the mids of summer the house was cool and outside around the pool we could always find a place to relax. Close to the beautiful town of Napflio. Nikoleta is so friendly and made us feel at home right away.

Summary: House is in a great location, close to Nafplio and major sites. Our entire family loved the pool and it kept us cool on hot summer days. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Nikoleta (the host) was responsive and graciously left a nice welcome gift for us. We would definitely return if we are in the area!

Summary: I stayed at Nikoleta's house in July 2023 with my three children whilst touring the ancient sites of Greece. The house is beautiful and is kept in perfect condition with air conditioning in all the bedrooms and living rooms. The garden and pool are also perfectly maintained and we really enjoyed them. It is a great house with a very kind and considerate host. It is a few kilometres from the town so you definitely need a car (we had one so no problem).

Summary: We truly enjoyed our stay at Niki’s villa. The location is very convenient if you have a car. 10-15 minutes to center of Napflio with great shopping, food and nightlife. 5 minutes to Tolo Beach. Many other beach options in the area. They have everything you need for an enjoyable stay: dishwasher, washing machine, plenty of dishes and glasses and all the kitchen utensils. The house is well set up for a larger number people, but there were only 3 of us so we were able to spread out. The outdoor area is spectacular with so much to enjoy sunny days and quiet evenings. Several sitting/dining areas and even a ping pong table and a basketball hoop. We tried the grill which was a fun experience. Didn’t get to the pizza oven but it looks so appealing. Wish there were some English-speaking channels on TV but didn’t impact us that much. Highly recommend and hope to come back.

Summary: We had a lovely holiday in Niki's house! The house is very nice: beautifully furnished just as pictured and everything you need is provided. The garden is fantastic, with a lot of different corners to sit in. Niki gave us a very warm welcome, she's really the perfect host! The house is well located out in the country within driving distance from all places of interest. This is a highly recommended place.

Summary: Niki's villa was wonderful! Niki and her family were wonderful! Nafplio were wonderful! We had a very early flight and Niki was very kind to let us drop our bags off at the house before check in. The house was extremely well stocked and had everything you could need. The pool is beautiful and we spent many happy nights having dinner by the barbecue. The house is very well located, only about 25 mins from Nafplio and within driving distance of a number of Archaeological sites. We had a wonderful and truly could not have asked for anymore, we cannot wait to go back again.

Summary: We had a lovely 10 day holiday in this gorgeous house in August. Niki was the perfect host and had thought of everything including firewood for the beautiful outdoor pizza oven, and even the ingredients to make the pizza bases! They met us on arrival at a supermarket just outside Nafplio and showed us the way, only a 10 minute drive from Nafplio itself, but it felt as though it were deep in the countryside with a lovely view of hills and out towards the sea. The beaches are all only a 15 minute drive in the opposite direction (you need a car), and we had a lovely time exploring the coastline and also sometimes going into beautiful Nafplio in the evenings to eat. The house is very new and comfortable and everything was perfect, especially the stunning pool set in the lush garden, and surrounded by comfy sun loungers and piles of towels which were all provided. Ther was even missive repellent coils and plug ins, but for the first time ever in Greece, there were no mosquitoes on this holiday even though we ate out by the pool most nights. Thank you so much Nicki and her family, the house and every thoughtful touch made it a holiday we will always remember.

Summary: We stayed with 8 people - 5 adults and 3 kids - in the house for 15 days and had a wonderful time! The location is very calm, the house is great and its facilities are well thought out and clean. Niki and her family welcomed us very kindly at our late arrival and showed us everything there was to know for our stay. Far from being intrusive, Niki was yet very responsive throughout our stay and always keen to help.
