Summary: Very close to supermarket (5 minutes walk) and restaurants in the Santa Cruz vicinity (under 20 minutes). The property is clean and comfortable. However, there is no electric kettle so making a cup of tea was a bit tedious.

Summary: Very nice location in Oleiros/ A Coruna with lots of facilities in the house and around the house. Madam Silvia , the owner, was more than friendly, although we had a rather late check in due to a late incoming flight. The house was just perfect for us, we were a group of grown up Men enjoying together some days off with lots of chilling and relaxing. i can only recommend this house for group travellers and even more for families travelling with kids. all in all a highly recommandable house to rent .

Summary: Lovely place to spend a week. Very handy supermarket. Slightly outside of main town. Easy walk to great beaches. Car very useful. Quick transfer from airport

Summary: Our family comprising two couples, three single adults plus 2 small children (7 adults + 2 Children) rented the 'Gran Casa'. We had ample space and the property is very clean and well maintained. Good bathrooms, washing machine and kitchen facilities plus portable BBQ. Dining space inside and out and comfortable living area. Garage space with table tennis table. Lovely spacious garden with swimming pool. The owner Sylvia and son Simon are warm, friendly and very helpful. Simon speaks very good English and Sylvia ok. They are so keen to please. The area is very good with great beach (Bastiagueiro) only about 15mins walk. Gadis supermarket only 5 mins walk. We self catered so cannot say about restaurants. We also visited Barranan beach 25 mins drive (lovely). Monte de San Pedro you should definitely visit, book table in restaurant with phenomenal view and take the funicular railway whilst there. Urban beach in A Coruna also good. Water park just 25 mins drive away not biggest but at 8 euro worth a visit. The owners also have at least 2 other different sized properties next door to rent so if you were a larger or smaller party they could accommodate even you. It is situated in a quiet lane and the only noise intrusion is the flights into and out of A Coruna airport. It is not a busy airport so no big problem. We will happily go again and highly recommend it.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay here at the villa of Silvia and Simon. Both were lovely hosts, Simon speaks good English and both are friendly and helpful without being intrusive. The villa is in excellent condition and is beautifully situated in a secluded part of town, we had plenty privacy. My one small complaint is that the taxi driver had difficulty finding the villa as the street isn't well sign posted, so maybe just get accurate directions for getting there. La Coruna was for us a good base to do the things we wanted to do and having no car the train system is excellent for getting about outwith La Coruna. Santa Cruz is within walking distance and has everything you need. There are buses or taxis to the other parts of the city and there are a couple of bikes for use should you wish. We all loved La Coruna, there are virtually no tourists and plenty opportunity to practice Spanish with all the friendly folk we met. We hope to return sometime in the future and would definitely stay here again. Thanks guys for a wonderful holiday.

Summary: On arrival in Galicia, the owner's son was incredibly helpful, we had got lost and he had good english and he was able to explain to us to the house. The main House was very well equipped, comfortable and clean. The pool was cleaned daily and we enjoyed swimming there. It was shared with the other house but we seemed to swim at different times of the day so it wasn't crowded. We also enjoyed playing table tennis in the garage. If we needed any assistance with anything the owner and her son happily helped us. This area of Spain is really beautiful with nice beaches, delicious food and A Coruna is an interesting city. There are a good selection of beaches and restaurants in the local area. To get the most from the area I would recommend a car. The description given is accurate.We definitely do recommend this House for a family holiday.

Summary: On arrival we were highly delighted when we entered the property it was everything we had been expecting and more. The property was spacious clean and tidy. Wheel chair access was very easy and all facilities were there for the disabled, games were supplied for our entertainment including a table tennis table in the garage. The pool was clean and we'll maintained, the only drawback with the pool was the access for the disabled it would have been better with steps leading into the pool. The owner and manager were very approachable and we're always on hand either in person or by e-mail/phone. The area of Santa Cruz was very clean tidy and friendly and only a 5 minute car drive from the accommodation with a selection of bars/restaurants on the sea front, approx 10 minutes car drive away was Santa Cristina with beach and restaurants. I would highly recommend this property for a relaxing holiday.
