Located in the prestigious Monte de los Almendros district, this traditional style villa offers an idyllic setting for your Andalusian vacation.
It is surrounded by a peaceful tropical garden with a private and secure swimming pool. Its salt electrolysis system, "very ecological because it is a natural process that can be recycled almost endlessly", provides very good quality water without the addition of chemicals. You can get a facelift in its healthy and crystal clear water, relax with the Venturi massage jets and sunbathe on the deckchairs on the terrace while admiring the Sierra Nevada and the coast.
Fiber optic wifi is available throughout the house.
Deployed on two floors, the villa can accommodate 6 to 8 people. It includes two independent apartments with their separate entrances, offering privacy and space to a large family or a group of friends.
The main and upper floor is accessible by climbing stairs. It includes a double bedroom, with its bathroom fitted with a bath, a shower, a toilet and two sinks. A baby cot is available on request.
You will also find a fully equipped kitchen, an independent wc, as well as a dining room and a living room. These two rooms give direct access to the terrace, sheltered from the sun and wind, enjoying a magnificent view for panoramic meals. A kitchen plancha is available.

Summary: The house was nice, and the pool was perfect. The garden was just awesome, with mango trees, citrus trees, palms and pomegranates. And there was always a nice terrace with shadow to go in to when the sun got to hot.

Summary: My wife and I have just enjoyed a very special week at Villa Celeste. It is a spacious and luxurious villa, positioned above the pleasant and relaxed town of Salobreña. Its high position offers a great view over Salobreña town, and its castle (which is beautifully illuminated at night). The rooms are all spacious and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped as the property is used by the owners as their own holiday home. Having a pool in its own beautiful and mature shaded garden is wonderful. There are a number of seating areas around the property, so you are able to catch the sun or shade, as needed, at different times of the day. The villa's greatest asset however is its 'tower' where we ate regularly, able to enjoy the stunning view - in particular the spectacular sunrises. The owners and Christine, who helps them, were extremely informative, helpful and responsive. We highly recommend this property.

Summary: This is genuiene home owner rental on a property they are updating. One thing we do not believe is correct is they state there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The 3rd bedroom is a lounge with a sofa bed which may not suit everyone. The 3rd bathroom is a shower in a utility room which has to be accessed externally. The other thing to be aware of there are 3 steep flights of stairs to the main rooms . A major plus point is the new saltwater pool EXCELLENT ! For UK visitors to note the sat tv is in French , German and Spannish with only BBC worldnews in English. The WiFi is good . We have stayed many times on the Monte ,and enjoyed our stay here and would recomend it to others.

Summary: Very clean and respectful property with plenty of space and privacy. Local amenities are 40 minute walk although there are a couple of bars in Caleta at the bottom of the hill which are reasonable for a drink and tapas. The kitchen facilities were excellent, I enjoy cooking and all gadgets etc are very well stocked to enjoy a variety of cuisines. All areas of furniture very comfortable and house is very well laid out. If though I had a young family the split in the living accommodation would not suit me as only one bedroom upstairs and x2 downstairs via external stairs only. The pool area is extremely good with views across the mountains and coastline. The finish on the pool itself is very high quality and very safe for kids, we spent much time in the pool admiring the stunning vistas. The on hand support whilst staying was excellent and my only recommendation would be to provide a guest book identifying how things work as well as things to do in local area and any recommendations. Also a guest book would also be a nice addition so that others can leave recommendations for future guests. In summary a first class experience and greatly enjoyed, thank you.
