Positive: A nice and quiet hotel with nice patios to relax on. Staff are very kind and helpful. The upgraded pool area is not filled with people which means you can always find a nice spot by the pool. The beach and lots of restaurants are 2 minutes away

Positive: We enjoyed our stay very much: apartment was very nice, with comfortable space and balcony. Host was welcoming and we could check in early which helped a lot. Children adored the pool area: as most of the beach is under the control of restaurants, bars, and hotels, this is a great asset. Beach is very close and great for evening walks; plenty of restaurants. We used the nearby/tied-in restaurant, Mangal, a few times and found that very good. The shuttle/hopper bus to Bodrum is regular and the stop for catching is very near (one minute walk) and costs about a euro per person one way. (Taxi also not too expensive if you need, especially for four.) All in all a very good stay and we were glad we chose to be in Bitez and just visit Bodrum from time to time rather than vice versa. Many thanks.

Negative: Nothing comes to mind except the muezzin of nearby mosque: after many years spent working and living in both Middle and Near East and Balkans, I can safely say probably the worst vocal performance I have ever heard - demented mosquito meets nails on a chalkboard.

Positive: We loved the location. The pool area was lovely. Kenan was so helpful and friendly. Apartments are standard for Bitez, basic but we spend so little time in the room that it’s not an issue. Aircon was good and wifi worked well around the pool.

Negative: As with most accommodation in Bitez it is very basic.

Summary: We loved our stay and would definitely return.

Positive: Excellent location! Just 2 minutes walking distance from the public beach! The beach itself is a very nice bay with very clean and calm water (Blue Flag). The apartments themselves are pretty basic. We had a room with a bedroom and a living room with 2 sofas. Only the bedroom had air-conditioning. Great balcony - a real pleasure to spend time at. Beautiful garden with a small nice pool in the centre.

Negative: Some renovation in the rooms could be good.

Positive: The staff in particular were extremely pleasant and helpful, always with a smile. The grounds were lovely, with palm and fruit trees, and well-maintained, as was the pool. Everything in the apartment was spotless, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen well supplied, bathroom small but big enough, balcony lovely and spacious - and one only had to ask for anything, such as extra pillow, blanket, washing line, and it was quickly supplied. Location was perfect, close to the beach, with many bars and restaurants a few steps away, as well as three supermarkets and a fruit and veg shop, especially convenient if one doesn't have a car.

Summary: Excellent stay - would definitely recommend, and stay again.
