Summary: Loved this hotel! I stayed for six days and enjoyed the space and amenities in the suite. Kitchenette was great size. It’s not fancy but it’s very comfortable, clean and well located. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Summary: The bathroom and shower floors need a good clean. I was not aware that the 2-bedroom unit was on the first level. I am in mid-70s, sister early 80s, and we had to carry our bags up and down 15 steep steps. Perhaps it would be possible to add a "request ground floor" option for peope who have difficulty negotiating the stairs.

Summary: I booked room 21 for an out of town visitor , The room was clean and well appointed . What was not so good . The hotel had a number of trades men staying , management had allowed them to park a 7 tonne truck opposite the rooms allocated parking space . It was not in any car parking space but in the pathway taking up the turning space required to park in the 21 room allocated space . I did not like taking 5 minutes to perform a multi point parking manoeuvre to get into the parking space .Then the next day when meeting with my guest for breakfast I'm informed that they could not access any hot water to shower . It is a shame the guest did not mention the lack of hot water when booking out , they just left .
