Summary: The villa is situated in a large fenced garden surrounded with lucious green trees and shrubs. The electric gate gives access to the grounds, the garage provides a cool parking place for your car. The villa is very spacuious on the inside and provides several places to sit and chill. The gameroom in the basement is the only airconditioned room, there is a fan in every bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare all your meals. During our stay we really enjoyed the outside space, there are several areas to choose.. The area around the swimming pool was the absolute favorite place to spend time and cool down after enjoying the sun. The pesky mosquitoes were the only annoying thing during our stay, they are there the whole day, so don’t forget repellent. The check in and out was very easy and eventhough Roberto and Anna don’t speak English together with Luisa on the phone everything went very smooth. It was very easy to contact Luisa and she responded very fast to our queries. We really enjoyed our stay in Villa Oasi.

Summary: Generous space with a lovely pool in a quiet location. Lots of outside space which enabled us to find a shady spot at most times of day. Air conditioned basement was a great place to escape the heat. Comfortable beds. Nets on many doors and windows to minimise the mozzies inside the house but they are active outside especially in the evenings so do pack your repellant. Good communication throughout and smooth check in/out process.

Summary: After two days walking and taking in the sights of steamy Rome in peak tourist season; and the subsequent hustle and bustle of Naples, this villa was the perfect contrast. Set in pretty landscaped surroundings, on a private road, this was the perfect place for us to get away from it all. The villa seems to cater for all party types. We are a family of four, with two active kids (11 & 13) and it suited us perfectly. The highlights for the children were the pool, the games room and the sounds of the goats and their bells making a daily trip past. For my husband, it was the really well equipped kitchen as he loves to cook and for me it was the view of the sun setting over the hills . Because of its proximity to the house, the pool area has both sunshine and shade all day long. If we needed some respite from the sun we retreated to the airconditioned basement for a game of air hockey, drafts, connect 4 and the various other forms of entertainment provided. It was also our goto place after an evening out at one of the local restaurants. The house itself is immaculate, the bedrooms spacious, airy and tastefully decorated. On arrival we were greeted by a lovely welcome basket and a chilled bottle of prosecco. The host has put together a very detailed book not only ideas and suggestions for excursions, restaurants in the local area, but also useful tips such as how to travel to Rome by train, supermarket opening times etc. Luisa was very helpful during our stay, extremely easy to get hold of when needed, and even managed to arrange a hire car for us, when our pre-ordered one did not materialise. We would definitely visit again and highly recommend it to others

Summary: The villa was perfect for a family holiday. The villa was spacious. The pool was perfect for a family of 5. The owner was very helpful and easy to get in contact with. On arrival we met with family member who showed us to our villa and was shown around and given advice on places to go and how to use things within the villa. There was a welcome pack of basics, bread, prosecco. Also there was, coffee, tea, cleaning products, toilet roll, dishwasher tablets, hand wash etc were provided. There were plenty of books, dvd's and information pack. The kids liked the games room. The villa was clean, spacious and private. The pool was a really good size and there were steps to get in, we spent a lot of time in the pool. You do have to drive everywhere as you are quite out of it. The village is within walking distance. We went to the village few times, for groceries, drink and to buy train tickets. The locals do not speak English so was difficult at times to communicate even with google translate. Used the train to Rome which is about 15 minutes away, you have to buy the tickets from a bar and you have to validate them at the train station with machine. The kids liked the local karting place which was really good value for money which was close by. Visited the beach, water park, waterfall and Rome, which involved a lot of traveling. The train service was cheap and easy to use. I could not fault the villa and Luisa and her family were very friendly and easy to get in contact with. The only downside is that it did not matter what product we used we were eaten alive by mosquito's and often had to eat in at night. I would recommend the villa

Summary: We had a lovely fortnight at Villa Oasi. The villa is well located between Rome and Naples and we did day trips to Rome, Pompei and the beach (roughly a hour away). The villa itself is well equipped and spacious. There were 4 of us but there would be plenty of room if you had a larger group. The villa was clean and it was good to have things like hand wash, dishwasher tablets and loo roll, so you don't need to rush out to get bits. There was also a good welcome pack with bread and prosecco included. Biggest plus point was the pool, particularly as it was over 30 degree centigrade whilst we were there, so we used it most days. It is all one depth (bar a few steps in the corner) so may not suit children who don't like swimming out of their depth. The villa also has air conditioning in the games room which is great if you need to cool off when its hot. Insect repellent is a must in the summer too as some very persistent mosquitos around outside. The Villa has screens for all doors and most windows to keep them out. Luisa and her family were great in the organisation of our stay and making sure everything was okay. We had a really good time and would recommend the villa.

Summary: We had a lovely family holiday in August here. The Villa had everything we needed and more to make our stay really relaxing and enjoyable. The location is secluded but within easy reach of the shops and restaurants (Fini is a must). Also being half way between Rome and Naples it's fairly easy to get to both by train or car.

Summary: The villa was lovely and spacious, as the photos show, and was very clean with a fantastic, large pool which was most enjoyable on hot July days. The villa provided seclusion for two adults and two older teenagers when required, while the basement room with TV and games was perfect for all the family in the evenings. The kitchen was a lovely gathering place and opened onto the patio for early morning breakfast and coffee while taking in the far-reaching views of the countryside. Louisa and her local friends provided great customer service, and as we forgot to bring a driver's licence and couldn't hire a car, the help was even more appreciated! Thankfully, Louisa was able to organise airport transfers and a vital trip to the supermarket on arrival! We were able to walk into Arce for groceries and a couple of restaurants, but a car is imperative in order to explore further afield. We did manage to take a bus from Arce to Cassino, but no trains were running from Arce which was quite limiting. However, without a car, we took full advantage of the villa, the pool and the peace and quiet which provided a very relaxing, enjoyable holiday!

Summary: This was our first visit to Italy and I don’t think we could have chosen a better place to stay than Villa Oasi. We were greeted on arrival by the owners friend and shown around the villa and also given lots of information on the best way to travel to Rome and Naples. The owner had a folder with timetables for trains and suggestions for places to visit which was very useful. The Villa was beautiful, spacious and very clean the kitchen was very well equipped. The patio area and the pool were well maintained and we spent most days around and in the pool which was totally private and surrounded by trees. This was the perfect place for a quiet family holiday but within easy reach of the main attractions of Italy. We all loved our stay and the only negative thing was that we had to leave. I would definitely recommend the villa to family and friends.

Summary: The villa was even more impressive than the photos show The villa was spotless throughout and well maintained with a fantastic large pool. The layout of the house worked well for us. The basement room with the TV was perfect for all the family. The kitchen and utility room is modern with all mod cons. The large patio area around the pool is surrounded by trees which gives you total seclusion. We had great customer service, nothing was too much for the family when we needed anything. The restaurants within a few miles of the villa served excellent food. Bar Mareno is a must , only a short distance from the villa; cakes and ice cream! The house is perfectly situated for trips to Pompeii , Rome or the beach. If you are looking for somewhere for peace and quiet but not too far from town, this is the place for you.

Summary: Villa Oasi provided a good base for a relaxing holiday. Luisa was a very welcoming owner & was most helpful with local knowledge when we were organising trips. The villa is definitely off the beaten track & not part of the tourist circuit, worth remembering when planning your stay as some of the restaurants we were hoping to visit we're closed in August because of holidays! Also worth knowing that Mondays seems to be a day when attractions are closed. A mobile device is a must to look up info for visits. The visitors book is not extensive, comprising mainly pages from a guide book rather than previous visitors' recommendations. We did plan our visit by booking tickets for the Vatican Museum & the Colosseum in advance which avoided the queues at the ticket booths. Tickets for under 18s were mostly free, saving us quite a lot of money on entrance fees for our 15 & 17 year olds (who are classed as adults almost everywhere else) but make sure you have proof of age with you. We also visited Herculaneum, AquaMania in Rome (for the teenagers of course), The Palace of Caserta gardens and the beach at Sperlonga. We cooked at the villa most times but did have a very nice, reasonably-priced meal at Ristorante Leone in Arce and the restaurant at Hotel Borgo Antica in Ceprano was excellent and amazingly cheap for top quality restaurant food - the language barrier was entertaining though (and the maître d a little impatient) so make sure you take your phrase book! Back to the villa-make sure you pack your bug repellant & bite cream! The little blighters were out in force morning, noon & night (probably moreso because of the higher than average rainfall this year) & some of us were eaten alive! The villa is equipped with bug screens so be careful to keep them closed & you're ok inside in the evenings. There was plenty of space for our 4 adults & 2 teenagers. Enough outside space & loungers for all (although cushions would be more luxurious) and the garden sofa was a lovely spot for early morning coffee! The pool was well kept & maintained weekly, just watch the steps down as there is no handrail. I cant end without a quick word about Bar Murano. They have the most delicious pastries & cakes you'll ever eat and you won't visit just once! They'll fill your croissants with chocolate, custard or cream if you ask. Their boxes of mixed mini-pastries are amazing! Enjoy!
