Surrounded by greenery, the villa is located in a residential area a short distance from the main seaside resorts in the area: Marina di Ragusa (5.0 km), Punta Secca (5.3 km), Caucana (4.0 km), Casuzze (2 km)
It is located in a quiet and peaceful area ideal for a beach holiday but also for getting around easily by car and visiting the tourist centers of the province of Ragusa.
It is also 9.3 km from the golf courses of the Donnafugata Resort Spa.
Outside Description
The villa is entirely surrounded by large outdoor spaces (5,000 square meters) and enjoys a fantastic view of the surrounding area and the nearest stretch of coast, it has a large fresh water swimming pool (22m x 12m x 1, 6 m) surrounded by the garden and a solarium furnished with deck chairs and sun beds.
An elegant veranda, partially shaded, is furnished with outdoor furniture, the villa is embellished with a garden full of palm trees, flowers and Mediterranean plants, which surrounds the entire house as well as several areas with lawn.
In the rear there is also a regulation tennis court, equipped with a night lighting system.
Outdoor shower next to the swimming pool.
Parking space with capacity for up to 5 cars.
Interior Description
The villa is spread over 2 floors, the ground floor from the entrance leads directly to a very comfortable and bright living area with a large table and corner with HD TV, the living room connects different rooms of the villa, from here you can in fact access the service kitchen and the depandace with disabled access, here there are two bedrooms connected by a small hallway, from which you access the bathroom which is also equipped for wheelchair access.
On the other side of the living room through a large corridor, where there is a double bedroom, there is access to the bright living room, surrounded by windows that offers a beautiful view of the garden and the swimming pool, also this environment is equipped with a flat-screen HD TV.
Also on the ground floor there is a second professional kitchen complete with fridge, freezer, electric oven and dishwasher.
The sleeping area on the ground floor offers two other double bedrooms with private bathroom with exclusive access.
An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are two other bedrooms and a bathroom, both of these rooms open onto a panoramic terrace overlooking the property, the surroundings and the coast.
The entire villa has hot / cold air conditioning in every room.

Summary: Had a nice relaxing weekend. Spacios villa with lots of room, lovely huge pool and tenniscourt! Very nice welcoming with water, juices, milk bread and cookies for our first breakfast sinde arrived late. Good comminication with Carmelo.

Summary: We’ve been spending 6 days in the villa . Children called the best holiday ever . House and the outside area are wonderful, especially pool . We managed to relax ,spend time together . Our host Carmelo was extremely friendly , helpful all the time if we needed anything . I highly recommend this place . We might come back as well as there is still plenty to explore :-) thank you .

Summary: The house was big and as expected from pictures and reviews. It is split into three groups of rooms so it made sense for our group of 3 families, each with our own bathroom and then one extra. The bathrooms are quite dated and the main living areas are very hot, especially including the kitchen from lunchtime until night. If you plan to stay in July or august and want to cook dinner a lot in the house, this probably isn’t the right property for you. The air conditioning in the bedrooms is wonderful and works well. The beds were comfy too. The main attraction is of course the pool. It is amazing and huge! We spent a lot of time in the pool. One thing to note is there is no shallow end, only the steps, and the whole pool is about 1.5 m deep so maybe not great for very small kids. It didn’t bother our kids which ranged from 7 - 15. Overall, it’s good value for the size and there are lots of good restaurants in the area to go to for dinner. You definitely need a car to get around and get gps coordinates to find the house easier.

Summary: Fantastic massive pool, good size bedrooms which worked well for our large family group. 10 mins drive to the marina for a lovely beach and restaurants.

Summary: The villa met our expectations and we had a great stay. There were 14 of us with ages from 1 to 66 years old and this property catered for everyone. The pool is amazing and very large. It’s quite deep throughout with no shallow end. The BBQ is quite small when trying to cater for 14 people but just about manageable. Only the bedrooms are air-conditioned and the kitchen gets very warm. The tennis court is great and has free floodlighting which is brilliant as too hot to play during the day in the summer. You deal with a property agent (not the owner) but he was very helpful and responsive. There were a few things that need improvement. For example, unable to close one of the bedroom doors as the bed overhung the door! Also the shower doors in one of bathrooms didn’t close properly. The kitchen could do with air conditioning, some sharp kitchen knives, a microwave and more chopping boards (just one wooden one provided). There a lot of flies, so suggest you bring a zapper!

Summary: Very large property ideal for families and groups. The grounds swimming pool, tennis court are fantastic. The 4* rating for accuracy is because the air con is only in the bedrooms which as you spend all of your time outside does not matter too much. Would like more utensils in the kitchen ie mugs etc.Carla was very very helpful and responded to all out requests, also the owner appeared with two bottles of wine as a gift a nice touch.

Summary: We loved the house and pool area. the nearest area may not be as cozy, but it outweighs by the house and pool area. The proximity to lovely beaches and a few kilometers to restaurants is excellent. The landlord is super nice and makes sure you have a nice holiday
