Positive: The property is right at the heart of Seminyak, only walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants. Ayu was amazing. She's available almost 24/7, which was amazing! We really enjoyed our stay here and would rebook if we do go back to Bali.

Positive: The location was fabulous. Quick walk into the main part of Seminyak. It was also super easy to catch a ride further down to Legian or Kuta for a bit. Although it was in the main area, it’s secluded location meant it was quiet and peaceful.

Positive: Great Location, easy to get most places and Ayu was a great host and helped with anything we needed.
Negative: The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable and with an already back didn't make for the best sleep

Positive: Good location walking distance to Seminyak bars/cafes/spa etc. place is a little bit out of the way so some drivers found it hard to find. Decent pool and lounge area
Negative: Accommodation wasn't as nice as the photos, fridge and freezer were dirty and didn't smell great, they could do with a deep clean. We had the upstairs bedroom which also wasn't the cleanest, stains on the walls and curtains and the A/C didn't work very well which led to an uncomfortable sleep.

Negative: Towels weren't fresh. Over used.Need replacement. Shower heads need replacement. Basically, the villa needs some touch-ups. The ground room got water inside because of the heavy rain. TV didn't work. It's hard to find the villa. My driver's had a hard time finding it. But overall, good . No major issues.

Positive: Nice and close to restaurants and shopping. All within walking distance. We loved this this place.
Negative: Note to parents with young kids. One bedroom is at the top with steep stairs and one is at the bottom by the pool. Hard to leave to kids by themselves in either room if they tend to take a couple of days to settle into a new place.
