A modern luxurious, very spacious, ranch style villa with every modern convenience, a real home from home kept in immaculate condition and a cut above the rest. Two good size bathrooms, one en-suite and one opening onto the pool area. A large heated pool (30’ by 15’) with Lanai, gas barbecue, outdoor dining area and music system piped throughout the property including the pool area, not overlooked. Large lounge and separate dining and breakfast areas. Fully equipped kitchen and separate laundry area. Full size pool table, table tennis table, darts board and some gym equipment. Three push bikes for guest use. Very close to Weeki Wachee Springs State Park and the incredible Pine Island Beach. Honeymoon Island with its stunning beach is a short drive away. A full guide to the area is provided by the owners prior to visiting. Local activities include: Canoeing/Kayaking, Paddle Boarding, Horse Riding, Golf, Fishing, Shooting, Sailing, Bowling, Cycling, Walking and Skating. There is a great Cinema plenty of shops as well as a number of excellent shopping malls in the area. As well as Busch Gardens there are plenty more less well known parks to visit including Big Cat Rescue, Homossassa Springs and of Course Weeki Wachee Springs (home of the mermaids). Summary: This property is beautiful, layout of home is excellent for large families. Golf Course setting and very spacious. Everyone really enjoyed their stay. The pool is large and screened in and provided great relaxation. Pine Island is just a few minutes away and has beautiful sunsets. It’s about an hour to Clearwater Beach but worth the drive. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay on FL Nature Coast.

Summary: We spent a month at this beautiful, clean and well maintained home. The layout is perfect for families. The nice landscaping made the large enclosed pool area feel very private. Terry always responded quickly and the local property manager, Lucie, was delightful and welcoming. Unfortunately, the adjacent golf course is in need of major attention, but it is fine for kids or beginners. More serious golfers have several better courses nearby including Silverthorn and Hernando Oaks. We highly recommend this vacation home!

Summary: We had an amazing experience at this property. From the moment we walked in we knew we were going to have a great week. Every inch of this house is clean. We loved the pool, the lanai, and the space in general was perfect for us. This property is excellent for families. The only thing we did not like was being charged extra for heating the pool, while we paid and were okay with it. We feel this should have been communicated to us before we booked the listing not right before we came down for vacation. Other then that everything was perfect.

Summary: The house was large, clean, and comfortable. Just as advertised. The game area was fun and the pool was already warm when we arrived. Communication with Terry was easy. He always responded promptly to inquiries. Overall, this is a great place to gather family to spend some time together.

Summary: We enjoyed this home so much. The location was close to everything in a very quiet relaxed neighborhood. All of us enjoyed the pool and the pool toys they had for us to use. The garage with game tables was wonderful and gave our family many wonderful memories. The house was the perfect size for all of us and gave us enough space to gather or go relax in our rooms. We would recommend this property to anyone!

Summary: Great central location-very clean and quiet area! “Clean”! This was our 2nd time staying in this home and As long as the homeowners keep it on VRBO this will be our “go-to” home when we come to check on our parents, if available. Pool is well maintained surrounded by a Nice lanai with table and chairs. House backs up to a golf course. Not far from Hwy 50, Weeki Wachee and the Veterans expressway. Plenty of space to spread out. Beds comfy, good water pressure. There are Bikes, pool table, pingpong, yoga balls in the garage.

Summary: The house was beautiful and very clean. The pool was awesome. It was definitely worth the stay. The location was nice, as it was close to everything. The recommendations of what to do in Spring Hill were great and each one was definitely worth seeing. Would recommend this house to anyone, especially families with kids.

Summary: We stayed for nearly 2 weeks in Terry’s Spring Hill house and had an excellent experience. Terry is really responsive by email to questions or issues, both in advance and during our stay. The house was immaculate in terms of cleanliness and had absolutely everything we could need in the kitchen and in terms of linens. The pool is also spectacular. Location is great — feels very private and has a great view; easy access to beaches, playgrounds, and other FL sights. We traveled with two elementary school age children and I highly recommend this house for families.
