Everything is brand new including 4K flat-screen TV's in all 3 private bedrooms, a Bose Bluetooth sound system, 100MB internet and Dish Network including the NFL package; there is something to keep everyone in your group happy. Stay, relax and enjoy the beautiful views of both Snow Canyon State Park and the Ledges Course. While staying in this unit you and your guests receive room service from The Fish Rock Grille and a discount at The Ledges Golf Club.

Summary: This place was exactly what we needed - close to town, while being far enough out to relax and take in the beautiful views. Also right next door to snow canyon and wonderful hiking. The home was incredibly clean. We loved the airy, open feel and all the natural lighting and patio space. Love the privacy and size of the master suite. Would highly recommend.

Summary: The unit was lovely. Decorated nicely, clean and comfortable. We had an issue with the stove top not igniting, but the maintenance staff responded immediately and resolved the issue. Convenient to the pool, pickleball courts and bike rentals. We would stay here again!

The condo was very clean, comfortable, stylish and fully stocked with everything! Kimber and Dan were so accommodating and friendly. Although it was well into the triple digits I spent much time on the patio enjoying the gorgeous golf course and mountain view. We golfed many rounds at the golf course which was in great shape. We are already planning a return trip.

Reviewer Comments: We first stayed at this property three years ago and were so impressed with it that we adjusted our vacation to be able to stay in it again recently. The location is excellent, the unit is nicely furnished, and the kitchen is equipped with all the implements necessary to prepare a gourmet meal. When not cooking for the family in the unit, we greatly enjoyed the fish rock, grill, service, menu choices, and the food was superb.
