Located on 10 acres, up a long private driveway, this home away from home offers all the amenities you and your family need. Enjoy swimming all year round, featuring 1 heated salt water pool and jacuzzi indoor and one outdoor salt water pool and jacuzzi. comfortable living room and family room both featuring fireplaces. This spacious home sleeps 8 comfortably with 4 bedrooms, as well as 3 full bathrooms. The Master bedroom includes a sitting room loft as well as a red light sauna in the Master bathroom. You will love the breath taking view from your bed or by enjoying the walk out porch that looks out over a gorgeous Mountain Valley. Perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise or with a glass of wine while you star gaze. This home is convenient to all the best the east coast has to offer, 30 mins to Reading and Allentown, 45 minutes to Philadelphia, and only 2 hours each to both New York City and the Jersey shore. Spend a night or a month or more, you won’t be disappointed. Upon arrival please make sure that you are at 1496 Orchard Ln. No cooking is allowed. We do have a host that can prepare small meals at your request. Chef services are also available by request at an additional cost to the guest. Microwave, toaster, coffee maker and crock pot use is permitted. Any cooking questions please contact the host directly.

Only 6 cars permitted on the property per the township guidelines and only 8 guests.

Summary: We Loved the house! There was plenty of space and the bedrooms were varied and comfortable. A lovey, large kitchen, comfortable living room, and lots of outdoor spaces for nice weather, which sadly, we did not have. The indoor hot tub/spa was a the highlight of the trip. We hardly left it. Sadly, we could not get the pool up to a comfortable temp, but hardly missed it. Owners were very responsive for any problems. We loved watching the animals. I would love to come back in the summer when the outdoor pool is open, but I will still dream of that indoor spa.

Summary: The home was quite comfortable for our group of 6 adults and a dog. (There was another bedroom and loft that could have accommodated additional guests.). The large fenced in backyard was a perfect place for our pet to safely run around. She was intrigued by the horses in the next yard and they seemed equally interested in her. It was delightful to see them running and playing together while safely separated by the fence. The location of the villa is convenient to stores, restaurants and shops. The host was very accessible and responded to any questions we had promptly. The indoor pool and hot tub are a nice added feature. The host provided a video to assist guests in the operation of the hot tub. It was nice to find the beds made when we arrived rather than having to deal with them. An extremely ample supply of towels is also provided. I especially enjoy the view from the Master Suite or front deck…..a panoramic vista of the valley.

Summary: The property is just beautiful overlooking mountains and fields in all directions. The accommodations were perfect for a family get away and being on a llama farm could not have made it more of an escape from the daily grind. The indoor salt water pool and jacuzzi were spacious and super fun for all ages. The owners obviously have given their heart and soul to this property and could not have been more welcoming and generous with their time. Truly an outstanding experience would love to spend more time here in the future. And so close to the cool little town of Boyertown with much to do and places to explore and dine. You will not be disappointed!

Summary: We had a lovely time at this property with our family and 10-month old. There was plenty of space for a play pen and the animals were wonderful as were the views. The horses galloped by our bedroom window in the morning, it was magical! The owner was very responsive to any questions. The pool was very clean and well kept as was most of the house. There are some small areas that would benefit from more thorough cleaning and upgraded linens, but in general we were very happy and would stay again at this property. The area/neighborhood is also quite nice, the house was easy to find. Including check-in instructions in the booking would be helpful as there are multiple entrances but we figured it out! The wifi instructions were misspelled but we figured that out too! Highly recommend staying here. =)
