Positive: I got easy instructions how to enter and find room. Nice first floor and kitchen zone. Comfortable and clean room. Quiet place, sound of many birds in the morning.

Negative: Wifi connection was not enough in my room. It was working only in first floor. In shower water become warm only after several minutes.
