Positive: The villa is good size for big family and the staff is polite and friendly. Khun Fah is very helpful and khun Jenny is very flexible. The location might be far from the center, so we recommend to rent a transportation so it is more convenient to go out.

Positive: A nice large villa up the hill, very quiet place with a nice infinity pool. The help was very good and we had fresh towels daily. Instructions provided.to check in was.clear. The kitchen was well equipped. Overall a very nice place for a large group of friends and.family to enjoy a relaxing time after day trip to the towns in Phuket
Negative: 4 rooms.were nice while another 2 were smaller with older furniture and 1 aircond didnt work well and was noisy. They responded quickly to.try to resolve it but equipment is old and so it was noisy. The plumbing also was noisy in that one room, so overall 5 rooms.were.great,.one not so.
Summary: Nice property for up to 5 families to enjoy a time together with a beautiful pool

Positive: We were 12people(2 professors and 10 grad students) having a vacation after an event in Bangkok. It was such a beautiful pool villa. Great view. Nice and clean, well managed. The manager was nice too, she helped us to order some food when we arrived. Our flight arrived over dinner time, and we were starving. I appreciated it.
Negative: 1. Breakfast is not included. You should pay about 300 bart per each person for grocery. That is what I heard. 2. AC in the living room was not working when we arrived, and got fixed 2 days later. AC in the dinning room was keep on and off too, but I just leave it. Because I donโ€™t want to argue anymore. 3. You should prepare 20,000 bart as deposit so that they can charge you whatever got broken in the house. One of us did break a step of bunker bed because he was too heavy, so we were charged 1500 bart to fix it. It was our responsibility, so we took it. However, it would be nice if they ask me โ€˜is he ok? didnโ€™t hurt?โ€™ 4. I recommend you take a picture of everything unless you want to be charged. One day the manager sent me a picture of a broken hair dryer and said one of my man did it. But he said it was already broken since day 1. The reason he didnโ€™t report me about the dryer was it worked functionally so he thought โ€˜not a big dealโ€™. But the manager keep said it was our faults, and it made me really upset. After the long argument, she said โ€˜leave it, and make happy vacationโ€™. Seriously? Well, too late. 5. You should got an app โ€˜Grabโ€™, so that you can garb a taxi. Because there is nothing near the house. No restaurant and store in walking distance. And you donโ€™t want to walk in the sun, summer, July, Thailand. And even worse, no AC in the living room.
Summary: If you are ready to spend some money, then recommend.
