Positive: Really good location, 10 minute level stroll to the beach, 4 good restaurants almost next door, 2 supermarkets, the Totem music bar close by(no noise disturbances though). Our double room had a really comfortable bed, sheets and towels changed every other day so very well looked after. And we were collected and returned to the airport so excellent service. We would definitely recommend Villa Ourania and would come back.

Positive: **The host, Nikos&Ourania, were very kind and friendly. Every day Nikos was trying to assure that everything it's ok for us and ask if we need to change the towels, sheets, clean the room. Also conversation with him was pleasant and every time I had the feeling that Greek people know how to behave with the tourists and make them feel welcomed! I didn't felt any time that they are exhausted after a long season of tourists and just wait to finish with their last accommodation for us. (We were there at the beginning of October!) **They wait us at the airport and also they return back to airport at the end of the holiday, for free! **They shared with us pomegranates, grapefruits, from their garden, which were very tasty! **Troulos beach is close to location, 5-10minutes walk and also the most famous Koukounaris, which is 5-10minutes by bus/car! **Good mattress, comfortable. **Good water pressure at the shower. Also curtain shower exist! **We appreciate the kitchen that was equipped with everything we need and which was spacious! We were 8 people in 2 apartments, and we all met to eat in one kitchen, which was great! **Parking is free, inside the court! **Good Wifi connection! **Air conditioner were present in every room, but we didn't need them.

Negative: The main road is close to the property, and the insulation is poor! But after midnight everything was quiet (roads/tavernas) and we could sleep ok. In full season this may be an issue! Small mirror in the bathroom. Absence of mosquito nets. The furniture is a bit outdated. As a conclusion I can say that the holiday was a success for our family, we left from there with wonderful memories and usually for this property I would rate it with 7 (taking in consideration position near sea/ insulation/ quality of the furniture/ space of the bathroom/ pool), but because of the hosts, which were great, this compensate a lot. And life is not about comfort, it's about moments that remain in memory with the energy felt! And this make me give them a 10 and a big THANK YOU for all!

Positive: Nikos and Ourania met us at the port and gave us a lift to the property. The 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious, with a wrap around balcony and a second balcony. It contained everything we needed for our stay. The apartment was regularly cleaned and our hosts were friendly and kind. They also provided a lift to the airport on our final day

Positive: Hosts Ourania and Nikos were extremely kind. Transferring me from and to the Airport. Taking me to the Supermarket, bringing me a home cooked evening meal, and checking on flights and also discovering a return ferry sailing to Skopelos. The house was in a beautiful and peaceful setting in a perfect place for me, close to bus stop 18 and a very easy short walk to Troulos beach. There are little shops and a bakery nearby and ATMs are everywhere in Skiathos.. I preferred to not eat out in the evening but could sit on my balcony and eat supper while listening to the occasional lovely Greek music from the taverna next door. Very relaxing. Nikos and Ourania warmly greeted me every day, and we're always so kind and helpful. It was very easy to ask their advice on anything. My room was spacious and always clean. I felt very lucky to have found this villa with such kind hosts in a lovely garden setting.

Negative: There was nothing really that I didn't like. Everything had it's charm, but I visited too early in the year,(in order to manage the heat) and I had hoped to easily travel to neighbouring islands for the day. But this was not possible until 1 day, at almost the end of my fortnight. A daily boat trip that gave you 2 hours in Skopelos was possible and was unexpectedly great fun, but to visit Alonnissos and Skopelos separately for a long day was not possible. Once being a subaqua diver, I really had hoped to snorkel in the Marine Park area around Alonnissos. One or two things weren't up and running. The little garden theatre. Maybe it's wrong to expect that from such a sparsely populated island. So I'm not blaming anyone. Nevertheless there were benefits to visiting early, as there were no queues, and that really was a blessing. Lastly, the staff at the Airport as I was leaving ...... I will say no more, as I was so upset. Witnessed by a very kind Tui representative, who could not believe what was happening. It was such a shame to finish a much needed holiday in such an exceptional way. ( I'm sure most people's experiences would be fine.)

Positive: Nico & Ourania we’re so welcoming. They made sure we were settled in & then looked after us with a welcome coffee. We were there during the hurricane & they checked everyday that we were ok. They then gave us weather news each day as the only TV access was in Greek & the pictorials limited to the mainland. The free airport pick up & return was a real bonus.

Negative: Nothing but a small safe in the apartment would be an added benefit.

Positive: I had a wonderful stay at this place! The apartment was very nice, and Nikos and Ourania, the hosts, were extremely friendly and helpful. They even provided an airport shuttle service for us. Nikos made a delicious barbecue, and we were treated to a plate of meat. The location is fantastic, being very close to the beach, supermarkets, and some fantastic tavernas. I highly recommend this place for a great vacation experience!
