A large, bright and spacious villa surrounded by gardens and shrubs. The moment you enter the grounds, you have a feeling of total isolation and privacy. One cannot help but be enchanted by the large courtyard and kidney-shaped pool, with its arched Andalusian-style walls adorned with bougainvilleas and other flowering shrubs.
The main living area has three of the bedrooms and two bathrooms, all on the same level as the courtyard and pool. The living room is very large with two separate sitting areas and an attractive dining room with a beautiful glass table for 10 people. The large fourth bedroom with bathroom is located on a lower level, accessed by an exterior staircase. The villa has air conditioning (cold/heat) in all rooms and rest areas. Wi-Fi and television in several languages are also available.
There is a good supermarket in the surroundings. Other shops, bars and restaurants are just a few minutes by car. About 3 km away is the Arenal beach, which offers sand and sea, an extraordinarily lively and vibrant atmosphere, nightlife for young and not-so-young people and a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops. The attractive port and historic centre of Jávea are also worth a visit. This part of the Costa Blanca now has many excellent golf courses, the nearest being just 10 minutes by car.
Advice JH: Villa Pakatoa is located just 350 metres from Casa del Limonero and 550 metres from Casa Sierra Pinos. If you are coming with family, booking two or all of them could be a good option!

This rule does not apply to families travelling with children or younger people accompanied by adults who are also staying in the property. If you do not comply with this requirement and confirm the booking, you will be denied entry to the establishment upon arrival and will lose all right to a refund.

Summary: We stayed here in July 2023 and the photos on the booking site didn’t do it justice. It was beautiful! Spacious, nicely furnished, quiet location and a great pool and terrace area. We had a wonderful holiday and would definitely return (although we’d hire a car next time as walking could be treacherous with no real pavements in some areas). The dishwasher drawers were a bit rusty so could do with replacing, and the cupboard above the oven let the kitchen down as it was visibly warped by heat from the oven. Also, the door to the downstairs bedroom needs replacing as when it rained (quite heavily) one night during our stay, big chunks of the bottom of the door starting coming off.

Summary: This villa was perfect for us. It is beautiful and we all had a fantastic holiday here, we did not want to leave. We had an elderly relative who required all amenities to be on the same level and the room next to the pool with the ensuite was great. Our son and girlfriend took the room with the ensuite downstairs which was very private and they loved having their personal space. Would definitely recommend this villa and will definitely be returning. A welcome pack would have been nice upon arrival. Some bread, milk, wine would have been a nice touch.

Summary: We stayed for a week with our son & daughter + their children A great Villa , very well thought out interior and external space Everything one wound need for a family holiday . Brilliant A couple more comfortable chairs in the outside area would have been great
