Positive: Very well appointed and nicely decorated inside. Nice outside pool and gazebo area with outdoor tv.
Negative: Raised some minor issues with the host who was to be fair responsive. The tiles round the pool were sunken/uneven and loose, showers weren’t great. Maybe put a safe in as mentioned, the cost is minimal, we had no where to put our passports/valuables etc. The thing that unfortunately ruined it for us was the mosquitoes. We had nearly a 100 bites between us from being in the gazebo/round the pool. So much so, we didn’t go out the back after that. Maybe something can be done to manage this.

Positive: The house is beautiful in a beautiful neighborhood. Loved having the washer and dryer. Plenty of space in the inside for everyone. The property let us in an hour early due to the rain.
Negative: The pool was so hot the kids were not able to swim during the day until the last day of our stay. When we reached out about the pool temp on the second day they told us the heater was set at 77 degrees but did send the pool team who cleaned the pool. We again reached out towards the end of our trip when we checked the temp of the pool which got up to 103.8 degrees and the kids could no longer stand the water it was so hot. The pool team then came and told us it’s because the water is too low in the pool and turned the heater off which helped so much and finally on our last day it was refreshing and comfortable. Our stay would have been much better if we were able to use the pool more. There are rats outside day and night attacking the grill and coming up to us if there is smell of any food. Also the pictures of the walk could be misleading there was no private walk you have to cross a draw bridge that opens frequently.

Positive: The house is in a great location. Walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants and bars in the area.
Negative: The property itself was great and in great condition. The only comment I had was that the pool was not cleaned or maintained before we arrived. The host however was very responsive and helpful and got someone to clean the pool fairly quick.
Summary: Fantastic! I would recommend especially for large parties. It’s super comfortable.
