Positive: It is a beautiful home and they provide all the necessary items you need to make your stay comfortable. Also very secure. It is also near to shopping centres and food courts.
Negative: In terms of cleanliness, the floors were a bit dusty and the bedding as well. I think a little clean up before guests arrive would go a long way, additionally the water does stand in the shower a bit, this was however the case in only 2 of the bathrooms. There was also a stuffy smell in the bathrooms and rooms. The nearest beach is also at least 30 - 40 mins away so just something to note as well.
Summary: It is a lovely place but attention to detail ito cleanliness is very important which was lacking.

Positive: The owners were very nice and easy going, we did not felt uncomfortable to talk to them, the stay at the villa was very nice, it was a very long time since my friends and I went on a gateway. Pictures matches the nice home ^^ 100% recommend!
Negative: We had minors inconveniences; Like the ground floor shower would not go on hot water from time to time. We could not give a proper cleaning like we wanted before leaving as the water hose was at the extremity of the house. We didn't find the cartridge for the vapes, as at some point we got a lot of flies and mosquitoes coming in. We didn't understand at what point the AC might go out due to the power usage thing, so some of my friends were afraid to use the AC. Aside from that, the stay was perfect.

Positive: Villa Palmeras is a modern luxurious accommodation located in a peaceful residential area in Highlands. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a big dining table able to sit 12 people. A very nice living room with a big flat screen smartTV. The host was already there to welcome us with a welcoming drink and made us feel at home. It was the last day of our stay after a week long conference, so having the time to just relax and enjoy the house was great. The house is fully secured with electric fence, surveillance camera all around the property. You feel at peace and secure in this surrounding.
Negative: There was not really something that we did not like. However, it is good to mention that if you do not have your own way of transportation, it can be a bit complicated to find your way with the bus, taxi are not easily found on the roads. Be prepared to book your own transport and everything will be so nice. Phoenix Mall is just 8 minutes away by car.

Positive: Good and access from main road. Clean toiletries and utensils. Secure place with alarm protection.
Negative: Electric shower only but no hot water anywhere else. Infestation of ants if food left outside. Noisy repetitive alarm buzzer downstairs. This should have been dealt with before occupancy begin .

Positive: House in very good conditon and ideally located to easily go to the 4 corners of the island. Close to most big malls. Very safe with electric fencing on the walls. Good facilities such as equiped kitchen, laundry, internet and TV.
