Positive: Charming Tuscan villa with a beautiful garden and a large pool area. Great location just outside Pistoia with quick access to the autostrada to Florence, Lucca, Pisa, etc. Amazing breakfast with delicious cakes and sandwiches. The Aperol Spritz from Simone is perfectly mixed. Highly recommended!
Negative: The road to access the villa has got some room for improvement ;) But that is about it.

Positive: The whole place with its garden and all the little seating areas are absolutely beautiful! I loved the antique and original flair of the villa, the pool area is lovely and the staff is very friendly. Thank you for having us!
Negative: I had to do some work on my laptop and unfortunately, the wifi is truly terrible. Also, some of the decorations in the apartment are a bit random, removing those would elevate the look of this beautiful place even more :)

The place itself is beautiful, clean, and peaceful – a little slice of paradise. The breakfast was simply heavenly. We've truly never had anything like it – fresh, delicious, and served in such a lovely atmosphere. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was Simone. From the moment we arrived, he greeted us with a warm handshake and a genuine smile. He was incredibly service-minded, respectful, helpful, and clearly passionate about making sure guests feel welcome and at ease. Simone is the kind of person who makes you feel at home from the very first minute – attentive without ever being intrusive. Thanks to him, we didn’t just feel like guests – we felt truly cared for. Positive: A really great small hotel. Simone the manager, was excellent & we met the owner ( apologies, but whose name now escapes me ) & she was very friendly & hospitable. A converted family home, its been done sympathetically & the rooms are beautifully done.
Negative: My only concern is that there did not seem to be a great deal with walking distance, although Pistoia is a very short drive away.
Summary: Excellent & wouldn`t hesitate to book again.
