Summary: What a beautiful relaxing 10 days we have just had. First class villa, beautiful location, with stunning views, the pool is even better than it looks in the photos, and Doris is simply a star, nothing too much trouble, very welcoming and always on hand should you need anything. Summary: Our family group of 10, including 3 toddlers, stayed at the Villa Pergola for 7 nights in April 2019. Firstly, I would like to thank Doris for meeting us at the villa and also for such a lovely welcome pack. Before our arrival Doris was very quick to respond to any questions I had and she also kindly provided high chairs and cots free of charge. The position of the villa is excellent and the views from the garden really are as amazing as they look in the pictures. This villa is really about being able to enjoy the garden and the pool and exploring the surrounding areas and all that Gozo has to offer. We saw so much in a week but still could not manage to see everything. We did have quite a lot of rain and had a few cloudy and cool days but when the sun shone Gozo is just spectacular. Nothing was too far from the villa by car and we had so many good restaurants to choose from. The villa itself is very well equipped and the seating area fit 10 of us comfortably. There is one bigger bedroom next to the gym (we used the gym as another room for a cot) and although all the other rooms are double rooms or have 2 twin beds in them, most of them are quite small and it would be quite tight for 2 people sharing with a lot of luggage. In spite of this, I still have to rate the villa as a 5* due to its location and spectacular views. We certainly hope to return to Gozo so we can see all the sights we missed!
