The Holiday Rent House - Villa Piemonte has been an old piedmont farmhouse built in the 19. centurie and has been constantly renovated in the last 20 years. It is situated on a hillsite with panorama view looking , surrounded from wineyards - Langhe /Monferrato, Unesco World Heritage location. The famous little town San Damiano d' Asti, near Canale d ' Alba, with 10.000 inhabitants and excellent infrastructure is by car only 5 minutes far away.
From the Villa itself you will have a nice view on the gentle hills of Monferrato and with fine wheather- you may probably see some parts of the french alps. Villa Piemonte is a extraordinary place, after the rearrangement in 2016, in romantic style, with 8 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 kitchen and a dining - room - in total 520 m² - you can let your soul dangle inside as well. (From 2023 all bedrooms have air condition, all rooms have a Satellit TV with international canals and Fly screens on the windows)
You may take your meal together in the dining - room or even outside in the sommer - kitchen, celebrate a birthday or - if you like -probably book a cooking class to learn italien cooking.
The Villa is excellent for greater familys or communities of friends, as there is enough space to relax or take a bath in the pool (9x5 m wide and 1,6 m deep with seperate area for small children) as well as in the whirlpool, both open from may till october. You will also find a hammok and a small playground for the children, table tennis, board games and boggia ar also available as well as a library.
For physical enjoyment you will find two grills (gas and coal). In the whole area of 4500 m² you have enough space and you can also enjoy the view from the 40 m² roof terrace.
The Villa Piemonte is also a very good starting point for exploring the surrounding highlights of the Piedmont landscape with its excellent restaurants, the wineyards, the small beautiful villages, etc.

Turin is only 50 km far away. Restaurants and shops are located right in town. A riding stable is 1 km away, the bike paths and hiking trails begin right outside the front door, the golf course about 5 km away.
The area around Alba & Asti is known for its wine, the truffles, the many Castles, its culture, good food & the Sloow Food. For tips about their trips, we love to be available to them.
Every year i have a new idea and 2025 i had renovated 3 bathrooms with new colors and i had make a Upcycling in the first kitchen and the bedroom Nr. 7 with new colors😃❣So my Guests can enjoy my Villa with more warm colours and Emphatie ❤

Summary: The villa is situated in a country location with a lovely garden and pool looking over the surrounding countryside. The layout is a bit quirky with some interconnecting bedrooms but it worked well for our party of five couples and we all had our own bathroom. The decor is bright and colourful and there are two kitchens, a large indoor dining room and a covered outside dining space, which we used most of the time. Irina is very attentive and visited every day to check that we were ok. Her recommendations for wine tasting, restaurants and days out were excellent and she even made the bookings and arranged transport. There is a good restaurant 500m walk from the villa and also country walks directly from the villa. On the down side, some of the glasses and pots in the cupboards were not clean when we arrived and the neighbour's dogs barked in the night and kept some of our party awake. However, these are minor points and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Summary: We stayed in the house for a week with a group of 15 adults. The house, terras and domain is more than spacious enough to accommodate this size of groups, with two kitchens and two barbecues. The view is wonderful and the pool always fresh enough to cool down while temperatures are hot. Irina welcomed us very warmly and provided us with lists of wineries, restaurants and things to do in the region, which we happily used. Of those lists, we can recommend winery Teo Costa's and the restaurant San Carlo.

Summary: It is a very nice house with a lovely and caring host. We've had a very good stay. Minor downside is the electrical power shortage and the presence of a lot of dogs in the neighborghood (and like to bark at all times).

Summary: Fantastic location in the middle of best food and wine district in the world if you enjoy Italian cousin and wine from the Piemonte area. A very nice house with all the facilities you need.
