Positive: The experience from start to end was spot on. The host met us at the unit and provided a quick tour and answered all of our questions about the area. We felt welcome and at ease right away. The unit itself was impeccably prepared. The outdoor hose to clean off our beach gear, the strong A/C at night, the ease of parking, and the incredible ocean breeze were all nice surprises.

Negative: We have nothing bad to say. We left the unit and said to each other that we wished all of our vacation rental experiences were this pleasant.

Positive: Gilberto, Georgia and Julia were great hosts. They were very flexible about our arrival time and greeted us personally. The location is exceptional - Bari to the north, Lecce to the south and everything in between, all within a 1 hour drive. But staying local to visit a beach and enjoy one of the many restaurants was also a wonderful way to spend the day. The unit was equipped with everything we needed and was very clean and new. There was a wonderful basket awaiting us on arrival and cold water and refreshment in the fridge. The air conditioning worked well, but the breeze off the water was amazing so we just opened all the windows. We had our morning espresso on the porch watching the sun come up over the horizon. It was truly wonderful and I highly recommend Villa PO.

Positive: Gilberto and his family were excellent hosts. The facility was perfectly situated between Brindisi and Monopoli. The villa looks brand new, super clean and with all the amenities you need, including washing machine, full kitchen, and beautiful living room. The villa is close to the beach, about a 3 minute walk. Easy check in and check out. As the first guests to stay in this villa, we say Bravo to Gilberto and family. We had a great time exploring the area and exploring the quant town of Torre Santa Sabina. The perfect place for a family vacation.
