Positive: This was ideally placed just outside Siena. the hosts could not have been more helpful and were very keen to check everything was OK. the pool was brilliant, the space inside and outside was very good. the local village had all facilities needed for breakfasts, supermarket shopping and evening gelato stops!!
Negative: Minor point and it is subjective. the mattresses were a little harder than we are used to, but that should not detract from and excellent holiday place

Positive: we liked the location, the views, that there was plenty of space. The pool was secluded and a great size. the bedrooms were spacious and it had three bathrooms
Negative: the whole place was tired and in need of a significant refresh - decor and furnishings the kitchen, whilst clean and functional, was disappointing and looks like it hasn't changed for probably 30 years. it should have a proper oven, not an electric plugin version. I would urge the owners to put in an up-to-date modern kitchen.

Positive: Space inside villa. It was big and perfect for us. Nice bedrooms, all air conditioned. Good equipment in the kitchen, there was plenty of glasses and utensils. Ping pong table and pool were a good addition. Descent size swimming pool was available and always clean for us in the morning. Great support from the owners to organise my wife’s birthday and recommend restaurants and patisserie- gluten free cake 🎂 much appreciated.
Negative: We had issue with the gas burner which was reported. We were struggling to light it. Also some made comment about mattress that it was very hard. Not a big thing for me but perhaps adding top mattress could be an option to increase comfort.
Summary: Great stay in Tuscan Villa close to Siena. Pool was amazing. 🤩

Positive: The house and pool were fantastic. There is so much space inside and outside of the property. The host family were lovely and provided a great welcome. The location is perfect for visiting the many towns around and about. The local town is fairly near with a supermarket and some nice restaurants.
Negative: We didn't stay for long enough!

Positive: The villa is in a fabulous location (peaceful with views but within a very short car journey to restaurants, coffee shop, local shops and supermarket. The villa is really spacious in every aspect both inside and out, living space and bedrooms. The pool is a great size. Great base to explore the area and so close to Siena you can easily go back as often as you want. The hosts were amazing - perfect for us and our friends!
Negative: The kitchen is very traditional rural Tuscan - so don't expect modern, hi-specification facilities - but it does have everything you need to self-cater and has a separate utility room. There should be a picture of it so you know what to expect and then it won't be a disappointment - so don't let the kitchen put you off otherwise you will be missing out!!!
Summary: Excellent villa, pool, hosts and location for a relaxing holiday in the heart of Tuscany -beautiful!

Positive: Absolutely beautiful place to stay. An old farmhouse in the middle of stunning Tuscan countryside. Sole use of gardens, BBQ and huge pool with sun loungers and a gazebo for shade. Bedrooms all had enormous super king double/twin beds and 3 bathrooms is plenty. There is aircon but also the property is naturally cool The family are charming and so helpful. The house has been cleverly divided so that some of the host family are living next door but they don’t use grounds or pool - a huge benefit if you need help with anything. They had so many suggestions for places to visit and things to do. Couldn’t recommend more.

Positive: A great location, a lovely building and surroundings, a huge area and the space in the house however the potential is not fully used .
Negative: A lack of decorative details, the kitchen was the worst room in the house. It was dark and badly located. The patio/ garage? was the space for rubbish collection. If small improvements were introduced it would be much better. We really expected luxury place to rest within that price. We also expected a tidy space for holidays. We had no feeling of luxury there.The owner was very nice and generally speaking it was a nice time.
Summary: A beautiful place lovely located in wonderful Toscania.
