Positive: Lots of space and facilities. Massive bbq and food size pool
Negative: The beds were the most uncomfortable we’ve ever slept in. Everyone had pain all week. Horrendous. Wear and tear around all furnishings. Freezer and fridge took forever to freeze and chill.
Summary: Spacious villa with good facilities. Good for a family. Downside, a bit isolated and the worst beds in the world.

Positive: Amazing place to stay with friends! We absolutely loved everything — the villa was clean, spacious, and just like in the photos. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay: cozy beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a nice terrace, and the pool was just perfect! The host was super friendly and helpful, always available if we had any questions. We spent a week here with friends — it felt warm and homelike, but also like a little celebration. The highlight was definitely the evenings with barbecue under the stars. Would 100% recommend and would love to come back again!

Positive: The Villa is stunning, very well kept and clean. With fabulous facilities, including the hot tub, pool table, darts and a lovely pool. Very spacious and kitted out to a high spec. Very quiet neighbourhood with few villas around you. Lovely view of coral bay from the roof seating area/balcony. Pool is heated and cleaned twice a week. The contact while there is really helpful and quick to respond.
Negative: Local enough to destinations, can walk to coral bay around an hour and nearest supermarket is a 45 minute walk, walk into Peyia main square is again 45 minutes, but everywhere is 5 minutes in a taxi (taxi's are very expensive around €15 for a 5 minute drive) maybe car hire would be beneficial, we were happy to walk and use taxis.
