Summary: Pupi and Emilio were kind, generous and warm hosts. They took care of me as if I was part of their family. Pupi would prepare three delicious meals for me every day (at additional cost), and Emilio was eager to engage in discussions on many subjects. The casa is extremely clean and cheerful. Pupi takes real pride in making sure that her casa glistens for her guests. My room is not big but very comfortable. There was a fan, airconditioner and a small refrigerator stocked with soda, beer and water (additional cost). Although the hosts live in the other room in the apartment, they cleverly redesigned the floor layout of the original apartment to provide some privacy for the guests. Location of the casa is also good. It's not far from the bus station and the main plaza and is very quiet because it is not on the main road. Pupi is very helpful with activity recommendations and transportation arrangements. She knows the area well and her suggestions are always solid. My stay in Vinales was not long, but I enjoyed every minute. I am so happy that I chose Pupi and Emilio's casa. There is no other place I want to stay if I return. I highly recommend this casa.

Summary: Pupi and Emilio are hosts from a dream. They opened their casa unreservedly and welcomed me into their home with genuine heart-felt warmth. The casa is on 2F with an easy climb of some stairs. The building is one block away from the main road which is a real blessing. The small and tastefully decorated casa has two rooms, one for the hosts and one for the guests. My room and the ensuite bathroom are spotless and comfortable. There is a wall fan, fridge (stocked with water, soda, beer at extra cost), air conditioner and a window which provides ample natural light and ventilation. In the common living room, there is a small balcony where one can relax in a rocking chair and watch the neighbors and different animals (chickens, dogs, goats, mules, horses) going about their own business. In this small town, everyone seems to know everyone, so easy conversations and greetings can be observed everywhere. Pupi has been living in this building for over 35 years and knows everything that goes on in this area. She gave me great advices and helped arrange my taxi collectivo to Trinidad. She also prepares delicious meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) at additional costs and always tries to vary the menu. In addition to the breakfasts, for the three other meals I had there was chicken, pork and even a lobster! I was only planning to stay in Vinales for two nights but fell ill on the second day. Summary: We had a wonderful stay. The appartment is in a quieter side road near the center. Pupy is a very charming landlady and also a good cook. Her daughter speaks good english, so communikation is not a problem. They also arranged the sunset horse ride and some bikes for us (standard prices). Thanks for everything. We certainly would stay there again.

Summary: Pupi and Emilio are super friendly hosts and will do their best to help you get around in Viñales. Their homemadr cooking is great too, so I recommend trying their breakfast or dinner at least once! The room with private bathroom itself is conveniently located in the center of the city, so walking to restaurants and other facilities is easy.
