Positive: The location is excellent, and the friendly butler and housekeeping team are truly outstanding. They consistently go the extra mile to ensure everyone is happy. Upon request, they assist with grocery shopping, cooking, organizing taxis, and even offering helpful advice for local excursions."
Negative: There is ongoing construction in the area, and some of the available bathrooms are located outdoors. Unfortunately, this has led to situations where it feels like builders in elevated positions might be able to see into these spaces, which has made some of us feel quite uncomfortable,

Positive: Location to public transport, kitchen was great.
Negative: Bed was stiff, almost like a mattress base, not a real mattress. Upstairs neighbor was noisy until 2am some nights!! Didn't wanna complain, so i waited too long, three sleepless nights. Trim was busted over a doorway, unfixed, thermostat had caught fire previously, perhaps unfixed? Heat was cycling 24 hours, no matter the setting. We kept it set quite low. So, not knowing what to do, to protect ourselves just in case of unfounded charges, we photographed these issues and contacted staff. Told not to be concerned. Hmmmm. I have still not received my security deposit, $750 canadian, has not been credited back to my account yet, promised back within 48 hours in documents. Its been four days, and We are still waiting for a PayPal transaction. I am a seasoned and serious traveler and have treated their place like my own, super respectfully. The place was left super clean according to directions. To what end? I am not sure yet!! If you're reading this, take note... that's all I'm willing to say, at this point in the process.

Positive: Loved the location, and the style of the place, large and spacious, easily enough for a family to stay here. Loved having the kitchenette.
Negative: First, the place hadn't been cleaned when we arrived at our check in time, with dirty laundry on the unmade bed, etc. The owner was prompt in addressing this, and a cleaner arrived about 2 hours later. Great, but this meant we had to stay there until he arrived and while he cleaned because of all our things present, so we lost an evening of our short stay waiting around. They did waive our cleaning fee though, so thanks for that... Then there were odd broken items everywhere: door frames, random large hooks in the ceiling, wires hanging out of the walls, and about half of the lightbulbs in the place were out. With a few weekends of work this place could be great quality, but at this time it was run down and needing a lot of TLC. Looks great in photos, but needs an update in person.
Summary: Not worth it.
