Positive: The building has been done to a very high standard and quality. What lets it down is its lack of cleanliness and basic utensils. Presentation is important. On our entry all we saw was a bed with a duvet cover that was very very increased and pillows in disarray.
Negative: The cleaning. Shower drain blocked. Water goes onto floor. No gel to clean toilet. Half a toilet roll left from previous guests not very hygenic Needs a full clean. Dust on skirting boards. Freezer needs deicing as water was dripping into fridge. Cutlery, garlic grinder very grubby. Only two big glasses and no wine glasses. Two odd cups - Very basic. Terrace/patio dirty not like in foto. Patio walls dirty and floor. Needs a jetwash clean. Duvet cover full of increases. Needs a professional clean. The website does not say you have to clean toilet, sinks, floors, unblock shower drain etc. Lacks TLC.
