Positive: The villa was fantastic. Perfect for a group of 10 family members including children. The were lots of areas to relax or play. The kitchen was very well equipped for making dinners and food for the group. The pool was a welcome addition and lots of fun for the kids. The grounds of the villa were very well maintained and had a beautiful display of colourful plants.

Positive: Lovely pool area, with shade, comfortable beds, clean linen and soft towels , games room and gym were nice extras, very close to beach… we all enjoyed our stay thank you
Negative: The cooker needs replacement , the oven had no shelf and dosnt seal so the knobs got hot and burnt us..

Positive: Overall a nice villa with great ouside space and pretty grounds in a nice area
Negative: We raised several issues that were not received with any compassion at all. 1 Downstairs bedroom air conditioning leaking causing flooded and slippery floor. 2.pool rail loose causing my disabled father to slip and nearly injure himself. 3 BBQ area filthy not usable and clearly not maintained. 4 Cockroaches in upstairs accomadation. 5 Whilst it cannot be helped. Next door and opposite have numerous dogs that bark all day and night which may annoy some guests. We have been to villas in Algwrve for past 7 years however never had such poor customer service. On site assistance speaks no English and therefore hard to communicate.
