Positive: Everything ! A place to relax and enjoy the view. The POUSADA is really cosy! It’s better than pictures .The staff are really polite and Rafaela spoiled us a lot. Also she can speak English and others staff spanish. For sure I will return to Villa !
Negative: They should’ve have more sun-chairs in the green area.

Positive: Exceptional team working here, nothing is too much of an ask. Friendly and efficient. Gorgeous rooms and beautiful pool area.
Negative: Only "negative" is that we did struggle a few times to get an Uber in the Centro town. It is a bit further out, about 15min from the town, but we knew this and enjoyed the peace and calm of the Pousada. It is a beautiful property and great escape.

Positive: You are not gonna find a better place to stay in búzio. The pousada Villa Rasa is well located, ocean front with an excellent service. You are gonna be welcome from an educated and helpful front desk and the personnel from the bar are awesome. I will definitely return to this hotel.
Negative: The hotel was booked and I couldn’t postpone my check out.
Summary: The best experience in Buzios.
