Positive: Great location and property! Nice private pool in the back. Close to beach restaurant. Luigi, the owner was awesome about checking on us and helping book transportation, excursions and restaurant reservations.
Negative: The owner or booking site should say that there in not a dryer, any shampoo, salt-pepper, adequate amount of utensils for 12 people, blankets, paper towels, or even a can opener! If we would have known we could have brought these supplies. (But, most of these items are things that are usually found at a rental and we feel should be bought to improve the villa and vacationers’ comfort.)
Summary: Wonderful family villa which could be even better with a few added items!

Positive: The villa real was perfect, very close to the beach, 3 minutes walk and was very clean.
Negative: Would be nice to have had shampoo and soap in the bathrooms. I also could not find additional toilet paper.

Positive: Fantastic experience ! Location is great, the house is perfect with space and all commodities. Luigi was great host, taking care of everthing. He arranged for us the taxi for all of us even if we had lot of changing in our planning (flights cancelled, delayed...). He did some grocery before we arrived and share with us good addresses for lunch and dinner. I recommend strongly this villa and thank you Luigi!!!!

Positive: The host Luigi could not have been nicer or more helpful. The Villa is very nice and clean. 5 house to the beach club which is really nice. Early check in and later check out was so appreciated. I recommend staying at this villa. We will return in the future 😉
Negative: The Villa needs little things fixed and air conditioner in master bed room was not always working. Took way too long long to get through security gate and every time you left resort had to wait on line to get back into resort. Not effective once you clear security the first time should have a separate line at gate to get back in.
Summary: Very nice option for staying in DR! Luigi is great host!!!
