Positive: Beautiful and well maintained property with lots of old character and space for our family group of 12. The gardens, pool, terraces and views were amazing.
Negative: Italian public liability insurance and/or property type rules & regulations do not allow any visitors, only the people registered can be present on the property.

Positive: The location is excellent, as the Villa is nestled away in the Tuscan hills - 15 minutes from Poggibonsi and San Gimignano. We were a large group (12 people) and the Villa was very comfortable. As we stayed in the summer, the private pool is an absolute must and let us have a refreshing swim in the late afternoon after spending the day exploring. A family living right next door (Simon, Fem and children) and easily accessible takes care of the grounds. Would absolutely stay here again. Grazie Laura, Stefano e famiglia!
Negative: Lots of mosquitoes outside, mainly when the area gets shaded or at nightfall - but I think this is the case for all of Tuscany in general. For 12 people, the capacity of the fridge is sometimes limiting if you will be preparing large meals.

Positive: Very attentive host who helped us prepare our trip and was able to help us on the property it self. We enjoyed the exploring local vineyards, cities and towns nearby as well as relaxing by the pool and making dinner at the villa. It’s the best stay if you want to explore Tuscany, San Gimignano or have a great time at a villa. And the views were spectacular

Positive: Location with wonderful views. Quite comfortable and spacious with lots of different areas in the villa to sit and relax. Was a little too cool for the poll but we did mange one quick dip. Having lunch on the patio area looking at the views was fabulous.

Positive: Beautiful environment, incredible view, very quiet, and a lovely house – everything is exactly as described. The neighbor, who takes care of the house and pool maintenance, is very efficient and friendly. Everything was perfect!
Negative: The house could use a larger refrigerator because when there are many people, it’s a bit small.

Negative: Nothing however a few basic supplies in the kitchen would have been useful.

Positive: Beautiful property. Really exceeded expectations in all areas. Aircon in the rooms was brilliant. Swimming pool amazing. Simon and his family were a joy too.
Negative: The mattresses were a little too hard for my liking but still was so tired each day we slept great. Also the Bin/waste system not ideal waiting on local government twice a week. Or bagging for outdoor bins and getting ripped up by animals in the night.
