Summary: I wanted to say a big thank you to Alessandro for his hospitality. The villa fit all 9 of us ladies comfortably. It was clean, spacious and had an amazing view. I would highly reccomend this villa. Our host provided us with restaurant options, and activity suggestions. Just a side note, you do need a car. The walking to town or the Coop is uphill on a dusty gravel road. It takes a good 10 to15 minutes to walk to town. Lots of stairs in the villa, not ideal for those with mobility issues. If you do not have a vehicle I suggest booking taxis ahead. Overall it was a wonderful stay.Thankyou!

Summary: My wife and I had a wonderful visit staying at this property with 4 friends. The villa was beautiful with a view of the towers of San Gimignano, and the rooms were as advertised. The location was perfect for visiting other towns in Tuscany. Our host, Alessandro, was very accommodating and quick to address issues as they arose. We look forward to visiting Tuscany again and, when we do, we will only stay at this villa.

Summary: We had a lovely stay at the villa. The villa was comfortable, well furnished and had a beautiful view of San Gimignano. The owner was very helpful and responsive. We will definitely stay there again if we visit San Gimignano.

Summary: It is a wonderful property with outstanding views and a short walk to the wonderful village of San Gimignano. The host was wonderful and we would totally recommend the onsite dinner and wine tasting with Chef Massimo and Tenuta Torciano.

Summary: Absolutely adored this house, location and host. Alessandro is a very responsive and helpful host. We had a couple of severe storms and he checked in to make sure I was fine (there was a period where I was by myself). The rooms are large, air conditioned and comfortable. The pool is very relaxing, especially after a hot day. I hope to come back some day!! Highly recommend
