Positive: Beach front. Very relaxing vibe vs. stress of all inclusives/large resorts. Location to all Grace Bay restaurants, etc. The staff is outstanding.
Negative: Gym could be bigger. Poolside bar could stay open longer.

Positive: The room was very comfortable and loved the vaulted ceilings, made it feel much bigger. Also the bed was super comfortable, everything was clean and updated. Loved the screened in balcony. Overall a great unit.

Positive: We enjoyed room 502, 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Enough space for our girls trip of 4. The room came equipped with a cooler and grocery cart. The Hotel was equipped with free bikes and beach floats. We will definitely stay here again. The Hotel staff was exceptional in helping us book excursions and make dinner reservations. The also had a driver ready to take us EVERYWHERE. Our concierge was the absolute best!!
Negative: Next time booking in time to get a beachfront villa.

Negative: Our keyless touch pad entry stopped working on the first night and locked us out of our room. Fortunately we got a key for the entire time we were there but management failed to fix this issue over the course of the week
