Negative: In the description it states whole villa When in fact we had a section of the property on the middle Other people were staying in the villa However it was falsely advertised and we are not happy at having to share the villa with another family Who on the first night were extremely noisey Also there was no wine glasses only small tumblers I complained via what’s app and was told ‘I will bring wine glasses tomorrow “ Nothing arrived !!!!!!! Also no soap or anything in the shower

Positive: Breakfast not served here but we knew this

Negative: Road leading to the villa is in bad condition. Villa has no sign outside, so you just drive past.

Summary: A lovely experience. Most peaceful, you just hear owls and crickets at night, it`s soothing.

Positive: The villa is spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The location in the mountains is peaceful and relaxing. The nearby hilltop town of Atina is quaint and picturesque, and we enjoyed having an excellent dinner in one of the outdoor restaurants, Pinta, and seeing the celebration of the local religious festival of Santa Maria Assunta on August 13-14 during Ferragosto. Laura, the owner of the villa, was extremely helpful in helping us get settled in and answering our questions before arrival. Our group of 7 friends was very happy with the choice and enjoyed being able to stay together in the same place with 4 bedrooms at such a reasonable price. The location was also convenient for our visits to Monte Cassino and Pescasseroli. Will definitely return!

Negative: One of the bathrooms didn't have soap, but we had brought our own so it wasn't really a problem. Everything was good!
