Positive: Amazing villa only 3 to 4 minutes walk from a lovely beach off the tourist track. The villa is only a few minutes drive from the centre of Sciacca, and a car is a necessity. The villa has plenty of room for 10 people with 5 spacious bedrooms. And the view of the sea from each level, with the sound of the waves, is beautiful. The owner of the villa was so helpful and happy to answer any questions we had. In summary, it was a great pleasure to stay here and we would thoroughly recommend it

Positive: OOOH I wish the number went up to 12. Beautiful house near a beach. I am a little disabled and there was a ground floor bedroom and shower room so bonus for me! Very charming host, helpful and available. Good English! Great facilities. Kitchen very well stocked with everything we needed for cooking, laundry etc. We loved our stay in Sicily. So beautiful and interesting. Plenty of of fantastic places to visit.
Summary: Loved every minute of our stay. Booking this one again for next year!

Positive: Magnificent house in a splendid setting overlooking the sea. Large terrace and numerous balconies around the house as well as large garden area. The house and garden are very private and quiet, including parking area. The house is in beautiful condition, well designed and attractive. Good water supply, hot and cold and good to drink. Air con is good for heating or cooling. The kitchen is well equipped with excellent cooking facilites, large fridge/ freezer. The lounge / dining area is large and very comfortable.
Negative: Nothing to dislike; it was superb

Positive: Charming outdated Property with an incredible waterview which would be perfect if property is upgraded and continuously maintained (based on our own experience of 8 nights) "Not currently fitting for the winter season" Fantastic views, nice terrace in one of the bedrooms and a great PH terrace with cooking amenities where you could spend a lot of time from. Water supply generously provided by a water truck when needed. Also the person in charge of the property, Fiorella was a gem and thanks to her for doing her best to accommodate despite the different issues we had to face during our stay.
Negative: Again based only on our experience of 8 nights for the end of the year 2024 for a party of 5. 1) Very bad water heating system on the 1st floor for up to 4 bedrooms (up to 8 people) Good luck to take a shower after someone else unless waiting 30/40 min for it (owner claiming 15 min but we had to wait over 30 min for it). Some of us had to take a cold shower or to go downstairs using the tiny downstairs bathroom if you don't want to ruin half of your day at best waiting for everyone to be ready! I can't imagine a party of 10 inside of this house Size of showers are 60*60 (downstairs) or about 70*70 cm (upstairs) Even if you are slim, good luck to move around the shower :) 2) be careful of the Iron as it was full of limestones ruining one of our tee shirts. 3) Mattresses for the most part were not very comfortable 4) The owner expected us to wash the provided towels (additional towels for rent available). We are not in a hotel but maybe for 9 days or more to have a second set of towels per person would not be too much of a luxury to provide for Daniela ! 5) Dishwasher leaking 6) Umbrellas not functioning properly 7) Not enough silverwares, cups for a party of 5 8) If you have more than 1 car, you will need to share one set of keys and 1 gate opener ??? A lot of the above issues could have been prevented with some TLC and with some planification ahead except for the water heater (a real issue) and the size of the showers (at least for the 90% or more of the worldwide population) We were not on vacation to resolve issues, or to wait countless hours to take showers to be ready and do group activities especially with one gate opener... A perfect commercial transaction including short rentals must go through transparency and full disclosure to set expectations between parties. Hope these constructive criticism would help the owner to upgrade and/or TLC this property and provide the perfect holiday spot in the near future...

Positive: A very beautiful and quiet home and location. The beach nearby provides a nice place to walk and during this time of year we did not see anyone else there on our morning walks. And we always appreciate having a secure and nice place to park! Everyone in our group agreed that this was an excellent find.
Negative: There wasn’t anything that disappointed.
Summary: A great place to base our three day stay in the western part of Sicily…

Positive: The villa itself is simply wonderful. We stayed as a family, 6 adults and 3 children, and it was very comfortable. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The beach is very close by. There are both a washing machine and a dishwasher. There’s a grill in the yard, and we grilled every day. During our stay, one of our children broke their arm. Kristina was always available to help. She picked us up, drove us to the hospital, stayed with us there, and helped with translation.
Negative: The only negative aspect: while we were at the beach, a shelf holding dishes broke, and all the dishes shattered. This wasn’t our fault. All the plates were heavy, and the kitchen just couldn’t handle it. But I still don’t understand why we were held responsible. It was their kitchen and their plates that they purchased. We didn’t touch it; it broke on its own. However, despite us not being at fault for the breakage, we were charged 250 euros for repairs. I have no problem paying if we had truly broken something. But this was a flaw in the kitchen, so why should we have to pay for it? I just don’t understand.

Positive: Amazing and quiet place to stay. Spacious rooms, 3 terraces. Unbelievable nice views, full equipment. Sea waves sound at night and in the morning, birds singing – incredible feeling experience. Very pleasant and quick reacting house keeper. Highly recommended !!!
Negative: Shower baths could be bigger. TV sound and remote controller was not working properly.
Summary: Wonderfull, more than we expected.
