The house develops on one level, a generous pitched roof to protect the patio and terraces overlooking the sea, the large panoramic windows, the precious details such as the finishes with local stone.
The living area is divided into three areas - the double living room with fireplace, splendid sea view and access to the panoramic terrace. The dining area enjoys a fantastic sea view and has access to the comfortable patio with barbecue. The equipped kitchen has an independent entrance and a useful pantry room.
The sleeping area, staggered in height according to a characteristic, unique and unmistakably "Portobello" style, has two large double bedrooms, a twin bedroom with sea view, a single bedroom with direct access from the patio and three bathrooms. The master bedroom, in addition to the en suite bathroom, has a terrace overlooking the sea with a spectacular view of Corsica. The AC with hot/cold air is in every bedroom.
The villa is surrounded by a luxuriant private Mediterranean garden, which guarantees guests total privacy and tranquility, with the blue of the Sardinian sea in the background.

The dining area has a sea view and access to the patio where there is the barbecue, a kitchen with separate entrance and pantry;

Total 3 bathrooms, 1 with tub and two with shower.
