Summary: Terrific hosts !!! They supplied some eggs (from their chickens). And some olive oil (from their olive trees). And some homemade limoncello, and some fresh-squeezed orange juice. How GREAT is that !!! And they really made us feel at home. And, of course, they place was super. Pictures don't do it justice. Beautiful view of the coast, and the sea. WOW.

Summary: This villa is really lovely and in a great location although we had a hard time finding it after dark when we arrived. During our stay we drove all over the island. It’s an hour to Heraklion and an hour to Chania, and our travels took us to the Samaria George, Knossos, some southern beaches, the prevelli monestary, etc. The villa’s hosts were wonderful! We would return to this villa.

Summary: We absolutely loved our week long stay at this property. It was centrally located on the island which lended nicely to our multitude of plans along the island. Markos and his mother, Anita were wonderful! She greated us with the warmest welcome, brought eggs, cherries, olive oil, and other items from their farm. The kitchen and house were well equipped for our stay and no detail was overlooked. We absolutely hated to leave and felt like we were leaving family. We will return as Crete (and especially Rethymno) is our new favorite spot. Thank you again for your hospitality.

Summary: The most wonderful stay! So you stay in the top part which has separate access to the villa with the hosts underneath which we weren’t sure about at first but they were absolutely brilliant! You get the whole pool to yourself and feel completely out of the way. The hosts provided us with eggs from their chickens, raki, some meat and even brought some home made orange juice one day. Delicious! We honestly had the best stay and the place was perfect for the five of us. There are pool towels and bath towels provided which they changed for us mid way which was so considerate! We had two occasions of the sun lounger breaking just due to some usual wear and tear and they fixed it for the next day they were so quick! It’s very close to small super markets or a large lidl. In which is a slight hilly walk or considering you can rent cars for such a low price I’d recommend! We’d definitely recommend this and would come again. Thank you so much to the host and family for giving us such a warm welcome and all the little touches throughout the week you provided.

Summary: This has to be one of the nicest VRBO properties we have stayed at. It is a modern, very clean, well appointed villa connected to the property owner's home. However the best part was the host family. They had stocked the fridge with breakfast supplies, their own produce from their yard and olive oil, raki made themselves. The hosts were available to recommend sights and restaurants to try in the area. The villa is located in a rural area, close to town, and the major highway, but very quiet and away from noise and distractions. We loved the two terraces to eat breakfast on or have bottle of wine at the end of the day, We would highly recommend this property and it is very good value for the price.

Summary: What a fabulous place. Situated a short distance by car from the coast with views of the sea. The hosts couldn't do enough for us providing, in addition to milk, bread & butter, fresh eggs, tomatoes and even home made Moussaka which we thoroughly enjoyed. Summary: This house is beautiful and the owners hospitality outstanding! This house has all you need for an ideal vacation. Rooms are good size, kitchen is fully equipped and the outdoor space is great too! We all enjoyed the fresh vegetables and eggs from their garden/farm. Located on a tranquil hill but still at close driving distance to major sites and beaches.
