Positive: Very welcoming greeting. The view was awesome. Pool and all internal and external facilities were amazing. Very well equipped. Short walk to the village.
Negative: Nothing could have been better, it was superlative. Just a short word of warning - the driveway is steep and gravelly and you need to be a fairly intrepid driver. Our car did not have a big enough engine to go up it with everyone in the car, so we walked it a lot!
Summary: incredible and could not recommend more

Positive: The villa is in an amazing location with the most breathtaking views possible. The garden is beautiful with lots of seating areas and a lovely pool The house is comfortable and well appointed The drive down is very steep When you are there you feel totally alone in the beautiful Tuscan countryside but the village is only a short walk up the (very steep) hill. There are 2 restaurants and bars, a supermarket, bakery, butchers, pharmacy, cashpoint and doctor all within walking distance

Positive: The extremely friendly owners of the property, who greeted us with such warmth and friendliness, that we felt instantly at home. The rooms were decorated with olive twigs and fresh flowers, there was a box with goodies in the kitchen for us on arrival. The owners did their best not do disturb us when attending the pool or the lavish gardens. The bedrooms were exceptionally beautifully furbished and we slept very well in the beds. The upper bedroom had an extra toilet, which was very helpful at night. The kitchen and dining area was small but had everything, we needed including a coffee machine (very unususal in Italy and very important for Germans). The garden space was immaculate with lots of areas provided for relaxation. The owners take particular pride in their water management and love of nature, there even was a bat box installed at the house and the bats were out and about regularly. The fireplace in the living room is for use and wood is provided in the shed. Whenever we had an issue, Irene and her father would come up with a quick solution. They were ever so helpful. Radicondoli is well worth visiting, a very nice mountain village with a knack for art. We dined in two different restaurants and both places were an experience - excellent food and extremely nice people. We would gladly come back to a place where we have felt so much at home and we wish our fantastic hosts all the best.
Negative: We were not so lucky with the weather and had some strong rains, all in all there were 10 sunny days though, the temperature being extremely good at 17 to 24 °C (it was in October!) The access road ist very steep and it can be tricky to manage, expecially in rainy weather. Again we have to stress, that the owners helped us with the climb on our day of departure, taking part of our luggage and a bike up to road for us in their cars, so that our very old car was not to heavy for the trip up.
Summary: Beautiful views, exquisite food, interesting trips, a lot of cycling and generous, loving owners.

Positive: Reflected the area. Secluded but not far from the town. Made you feel like part of the community. Lots of space not only in the house but surrounds as well.

Summary: We used this property for two weeks as a place to radiate from to visit most of Tuscany and Umbria.

Positive: Absolutely blown away by the location, the little town on the hill, and the abundance of wildlife that we encountered. The photos of the property and the surrounding area cannot hope to match the reality - 360 degrees of stunning landscape amid almost absolute silence. The nighttime view of the Milky Way almost matched the daytime view! It's a short walk to the lovely town - steep but manageable. The town itself has 3 lovely restaurants and a bar where the staff are extremely friendly. The little shop covers the basics too. We really enjoyed the pool area, which was just as well given the very high temperatures during our stay. It was a fantastic base for our daily travels around Tuscany. I would highly recommend the Opera night in Sienna, that we booked via Booking.com.
Negative: The second bedroom needs a fan too.
Summary: Heavenly - and a view that is out of this world.
