Positive: A beautiful property in a fantastic location - walking distance to the beach at Avlaki and a 5 min drive into Kassiopi. Spacious villa - perfect for two families, really comfy beds and all bedrooms with modern en suite facilities and air con. Stunning pool and seating terrace, the pictures don’t do it justice. The owners were so friendly and we had regular cleaning through out our stay plus a change of sheets mid week! We would definitely return to Villa Sania and highly recommend it as a wonderful place to stay for a holiday in Corfu.
Summary: Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Positive: Everything! Big kitchen/dining area with a nice, big table. Great pool and lounging area. Beautiful property, well maintained and spotless. We were two families of four and it was perfect for us. All four bedrooms were spacious and had A/C, lovely bathrooms and a veranda or balcony. The property is a 5/10 minute walk to the beach and a couple of restaurants and a 5 minute drive to Kassiopi, which offers many more and a variety of shops. Thank you, Mimoza for a lovely stay.

Positive: Beautiful villa, clean and comfortable, in an excellent location with friendly and professional hosts. Supermarket, restaurants, boat hire, shopping all readily accessible. A good balance of low key family time and socialising. Plenty for the young in both Kassiopi and Stefanos - we tended to book taxis ahead. White House was excellent but also loved the local tavernas. We walked to the pebble beach but if you really don’t want the 8 min walk back uphill you can park at the beach. Would recommend a car for supermarket trips and to discover places further afield. We were so happy there that we didn’t go far. Perfect for our group of 8 - 6 young (19-26) and 2 not so young.
Negative: Nothing to dislike.
Summary: 10/10. Wonderful surprise of a villa.

Positive: Villa Sania is an exceptional property in a fantastic location. It is immaculate and everything that we needed was provided. The beds were really comfortable and there was loads of space for 4 adults and 4 teenagers. The hosts, Mimoza and Jimmy were so lovely and couldn't be more helpful - all the way from the initial booking to when we checked out. We couldn't have a more perfect week. Thank you!

Positive: Beautiful new villa. Fantastic friendly hosts. Close to a great beach and a couple of tavernas. Spacious bedrooms, each with its own modern bathroom. Provide the hosts with a shopping list and they will stock the villa prior to arrival. Short taxi ride to Kassiopi or easy 25 minute walk. Early check in was greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

Positive: The villa was extremely nice and comfortable - swimming pool great and the out door setting fantastic - the villa was very clean and well serviced - great for 4 couples
Negative: Avalaki Beach is not as nice as other beaches around the area - Avalaki beach does not have a general store or places that you can have breakfast and coffee - you need to go into Kassiopi for breakfast and coffee
Summary: Extremely lovely villa - you need a car to access the better beaches and tavernas
