Positive: The location is unbeatable, only a few steps from Kalo Livadi beach which I think is by far the best beach of Mykonos. The property photos are very accurate, the sea view from the villa is simply gorgeous. The villa itself is huge, fully equipped and nicely done. There is a large private infinity pool and a hot jacuzzi which I simply loved ! I also liked the comfortable air conditioned bedrooms and the fact that they all had fantastic sea views. In the evening, we had plenty of activities, watching free streaming movies or playing video games on large tv screen with my family, playing table tennis, basketball or even board games, this villa has it all. There are speakers inside out and we had our personal playlists playing day and night. I really enjoyed the complete privacy of this villa which gave me the freedom to have fun, dine in style with private chef, have a private massage by the pool, all by myself, I felt like a prince. The host was discreet and lovely, always standby to find the best umbrellas and best tables in town. He took us to the nearby village which is only 5 mins away where there are 3 supermarkets, tavernas and many bars where we bought plenty of groceries. Mykonos town was only 15 mins drive by taxi which was always available on short notice. The care taker kept the villa continuously clean and gave us plenty of towels. This is a sublime villa on an amazing island with real value for money and I'm definitely looking forward returning next year for a much longer stay if my work allows me to.
Negative: The sea temperature in Kalo Livadi beach was a bit cold during June (around 20 degrees C) but next year I will come in August and I was told that it gets much warmer. I also found the beach umbrellas on the left side of the beach (in front of the famous beach restaurant) a little bit on the expensive side, although I really enjoyed beautiful people watching and this beach, apart from being very clean and amazing, it has definitely a lot of spectacle and many international celebrities. Expensive but on the other hand I found the service exceptional and the food delicious. Next year I will be trying the second beach bar and restaurant which is located in the middle of the beach which I heard it is much cheaper with younger crowds !
Summary: The sea, the sun, the light, I felt in love and wish I could stay here forever

Positive: The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of fresh options that we enjoyed in the morning by the pool. The location is perfect – peaceful and private, yet just a short drive from the lively town center and beautiful beaches. The villa had spacious and beautifully decorated rooms with comfortable beds. The private pool area is large and has breathtaking sea views to the southeast. The staff was attentive and extremely friendly. They were always ready to assist. The house manager booked for us private deep tissue massage at the villa and an excellent private chef for dinner. The environment is quiet and serene, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The magnificent sandy beach of Kalo Livadi is only 5 minutes walking distance from the villa. We were all by ourselves in the villa, no other guests, therefore we enjoyed complete privacy !!!
Negative: Clearer signage on the road leading to the villa would help first-time visitors find it more easily. Despite these small points, our experience was overall wonderful, and we would gladly return!
Summary: Our stay at Villa Santa Barbara was a perfect blend of luxury, relaxation, and family enjoyment !!!

Positive: Simply amazing ! The sea view is breathtaking, the pool is huge and pristine, the sandy beach is excellent and only 5 minutes walk, the villa itself is spacious, modern and luxurious. The decoration is superb. We had the entire villa on our own and had absolute freedom and complete privacy. Our kids were playing music on the villa's Sound system all day and all night long. We enjoyed great basketball competitions and table tennis battles. Our stay was filled with comfort and sophistication. We hired a private chef that cooked delicious meals for the entire family. The Philippine lady house keeper was discreet and extremely helpful. The Villa's manager took us for shopping in the local supermarket with wide selection of delicacies to choose from. There is a superb restaurant right by the beach within 10 minutes walking distance from the Villa. The manager booked a local driver that took care of all our transports downtown and reserved tables at the top island places. This villa turned a great Mykonos holiday into a memorable experience and filled our hearts with beauty and joy ! Thank you Santa Barbara for taking care of us. See you next year !!!
Negative: I found that checkout time at 10:00 was a bit early, especially given that the previous night we were partying downtown until the early morning hours. However, we had a friendly talk with the Villa's manager which is an extremely sympathetic guy with great understanding and he agreed to allow us to stay for free until 16:00, just in time for our flight.
